Absolutely terrible experience with London Cargo. I honestly regret using this service.

The parcel arrived in a completely unacceptable condition. The box was badly crushed and damaged and the items inside were also damaged. This is not how a parcel should be handled or delivered.

The customer service was equally disappointing. There was no proper response no clear communication and no professional approach whatsoever. When the shipment was delayed there was no proper information or update provided. I had to deal with unnecessary stress and frustration throughout the entire process.

The way the parcel was handled and sent through the courier was extremely poor and the overall service was nowhere near what a customer should expect from a cargo company.

From the handling of the parcel to the delivery and customer service everything was disappointing. I would strongly advise people to think twice before trusting London Cargo with their valuable belongings. One of the worst cargo experiences I have ever had.

I had a fantastic experience using London Cargo for my international shipments. Their team is extremely professional, clear, and helpful from start to finish. They carefully explained all shipping procedures, customs requirements, and restricted items beforehand, which made the whole process completely hassle-free.

Their communication is top-notch, pricing is transparent, and everything arrived safely and on schedule. It’s rare to find an international freight forwarding service this reliable and customer-focused. I will definitely be using London Cargo again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for hassle-free global cargo shipping!

First and last time using London Cargo – absolute nightmare

This was my first time using London Cargo, and unfortunately, it has been an absolute nightmare.

My parcel was collected on 27 July, and I was clearly told it would reach Sri Lanka within two weeks. I paid the invoice in full on 2 August. It has now been a month, and the tracking is still showing that my parcel is at Sri Lankan Customs.

The parcel contains food items, which by now have most likely perished because of this ridiculous delay.

What makes the whole experience even worse is the terrible customer service. They rarely respond to messages, and when I finally managed to get an answer, they simply washed their hands of the situation and told me to contact the Sri Lankan office. I paid London Cargo for the service, so I shouldn't have to chase different offices trying to find out where my parcel is.

I have sent many parcels to Sri Lanka using other companies and they have always arrived within the agreed timeframe. This is the first time I have used London Cargo, and definitely the last.

Extremely poor communication, no proper customer care and no accountability when something goes wrong.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend London Cargo.

I have personally had a very good experience with London Cargo. Their service has been professional, reliable, and very convenient for international shipping. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, and they always try to guide customers properly throughout the process.

What I appreciated most was their clear communication and the way they explain shipping procedures, customs requirements, and restricted items beforehand, which helps avoid confusion and gives customers more confidence when sending packages.

London Cargo is also very convenient because they support shipments not only to Sri Lanka, but also to India, Dubai, and many other countries. This makes their service useful for a wide range of international customers who regularly purchase items from the UK.

From my experience, the company genuinely tries to maintain a professional and customer-focused service. Their system is organized, and the team handles inquiries in a respectful and responsible manner.

Overall, I would confidently recommend London Cargo to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable international freight forwarding and cargo service.

These guys are not a reliable company. They charge arbitrary amounts as “tax” without providing any invoice to prove it. If you’re planning to use their service, I would strongly advise against it and save yourself the trouble.

They charged me 12,000 tax for something I bought for 7,500 ( used item as well, btw ), and I also faced issues with damaged items and missing food packages. When I complained, they simply told me not to use their service again and took no responsibility for their mistakes.
