Monika Makowska was outstanding from the very start. She was extremely active, responsive, and transparent at every stage of the process. Part of my deposit involved a gifted amount from my parents in India, which meant going through a lengthy and quite taxing AML check process via their network. Despite the complexity and volume of questions, Monika made the whole process feel manageable. She patiently guided me through each requirement and helped answer every query clearly and promptly, which removed a lot of stress.

Once the mortgage application was approved, Jacqueline took over to manage the process through to completion. She was every bit as impressive as Monika. Jacqueline was proactive, highly responsive, and ensured everything progressed smoothly right up to the end.

I felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend London Mortgages for their professionalism, clarity, and personal touch.

Our mortgage wasn’t approved and I was asking to give me one feedback so we can get better with documentation with another mortgage broker but they refused to give feedback after I shared all our information for application. I am a bit disappointed why they can not give a reason and what is wrong with documentation as I always want to rise a change for next year!

Kyanoosh & Lucy were absolutely brilliant mortgage consultants who we would thoroughly recommend.

Kyanoosh helped us secure our mortgage, and was available at anytime to talk us through details and our endless list of questions, he was also extremely patient with our multiple false starts on offers for houses, he helped us secure a good rate, and then took care of the rest, at no extra charge to us. He was always good at getting us different options which would suit changing circumstances.

Once the offer was secure, Lucy stepped in as a consultant, checking in regularly to ensure everything was moving smoothly, and then re-checking rates to see if anything had improved, as a matter of fact, due to this, we were able to get a slightly cheaper rate. Thanks to her help - we were able to get the best rate on the market, particularly at a time when rates have been fluctuating a lot.

The whole process ended up being really stop and start with a few purchases falling through, but they were so patient and understanding the whole way through. They were always there to help and went out of their way for me, even working late to lock in a better rate before it went up, which I really appreciated. I also want to mention my really disappointing experience with another mortgage broker, Capricorn Financial Mortgages who, apart from not giving me options, decided what's best for me and was itching to submit the application and added the wrong solicitor details on the form knowing that it was not my solicitor. Their lack of communication, accountability, and attention to detail caused unnecessary stress, and it quickly became clear they weren’t putting their clients first. Deciding to drop Capricorn and move back to London Mortgages was by far the best decision I made.

In complete contrast, London Mortgages and Kyanoosh Raessy have shown what professionalism, dedication, and true client care look like. I’m extremely satisfied with their service both before and after my mortgage offer, truly five-star service all the way.
