Absolutely superb from start to finish.

I cannot speak highly enough of this broker. From start to finish they were fantastic. From my first contact Kyanoosh was helpful, understanding and an excellent communicator. He was knowledgable, able to answer all of our questions and most importantly always at the end of the phone when necessary. He helped us find an excellent deal, worked through the specifics with us, identifying not only the best rate but also a lender that matched well.

Once agreed he passed us on to his team who were equally excellent. Emma and Lucy did as promised, communicating with us every month until completion in order to check whether we still had the best rate. On more than one occasion the rate improved and the team were able to secure this for us. I never had to chase them to do so , it was part of the service.

I genuinely cannot recommend London Mortgages enough, in a process full of unscrupulous companies, they are a gem.

Following a dissappointing experience with another broker initially, we found London Mortgages through a friends referral and we had been renewing our fixed rates with them since then. They are excellent in securing the best rates, during our first renewal they helped us with LTV calculations and how much we should overpay to secure a better rate. They have also followed up on the rates for us up until the last day before Christmas, to see if we can get any better deals. Very highly recommended, thank you Rachel and Lucy!
