Any item I have purchased from Lone Mountain, has exceeded my expectation. From burger's, to sausage's, brisket, to ribeye's. Unbelievable eating. They provide great product's.

The online ordering process was easy and our meat arrived well packaged and still frozen, with a little dry ice remaining. We thawed and grilled the pre-made burger patties first, bit of a learning curve for optimum cooking. The burgers have a nice taste, like eating ground steak, a little extra salt topped it off. Was disappointed in the amount of gristle that had to be spit out however.
The sausages have a light seasoning and taste like ground steak as well. Grilled up nicely and the casings are thin. Was enjoying the quality and good taste until I got a small sliver of bone and a few big chunks of gristle. Was thinking the Lone Mountain Wagyu grinding quality would have been higher than that. Ground meat is difficult though and often do grind it ourselves, because we enjoy a clean product.
Glad we tried Wagyu, but the steaks are out of budget and the ground products have more gristle than it seems they should. Will enjoy what we bought but won't be placing another order. Thank You for your labors and good intentions, wish you well.

From ordering to receiving the process is simple. The flank steak is delicious! The steaks are frozen in a great size - 1.5 lbs - for us. We had an issue with one steak upon receiving our order but customer service rectified that immediately. We highly recommend.

We have gotten many things from Lone Mtn over the years. The Tri-Tips were always the best. Fixed one the other night and have to say it was disappointing. It wasn't even shaped like a tri-tip. Looked as if it came off of the end of some other cut of meat. Great flavor, but tough. I hope the other ones that we got aren't as tough. Too expensive for tough meat.

Ordered tri tip from LMW many times and it is always superb. Wonderful marbling, exceptional flavor.

The beef is absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with Lone Mountain Wagyu.

Orders from Lone Mountain Wagyu arrive still frozen so I don't have to worry about using it right away. The beef sausage is delicious, and the English roasts are great for pot roast.

Everything about the burgers was great. Will be ordering them regularly.

They let you place order for Japanese Hibachi wagyu A5 and tell you there are out-of-stock and no back order allowed when you are looking for the delivery for a special occasion dinner.

You had better either “just” cancel the order or get something else instead. We do need to find some other arrangement in the last minute. Not much compensation given for their miss.

I've never been disappointed in the Wagyu beef I get from Lone Mountain.

It came on time and looked great. Cooked up easily and was fantastic tasting.

The large brisket, I ordered was very tender, but the flat on it was too thin

the brisket was good, but too long and lean and not enough fat to render for the price in my opinion

The meat is phenomenal. Love Waygu and why pay triple at a restaurant.

Never received the package. FedEx still can't find it. It was supposed to be here on the 14th and today's the 21st.
