I have been purchasing Wagyu products from Lone Mountain for years. Always excellent quality, reasonable pricing and quick delivery. I have purchased wagyu from top tier restaurant beef suppliers all around the nation and Lone Mountain Wagyu is the best for me.

Everyone that tried that wagyu beef jerky loved it . I will definitely order more .

Beef jerky was underwhelming and is already about to expire at the end of month which didn’t give me much time to enjoy this product. Beef cheeks have always been a superior product and something I’ve bought on several occasions

No matter how you cook it, it always ends up buttery and delicious. Besides actually seeing the marbling, what’s fun is looking at the left overs, if you take it directly out of the fridge and take a bite, you can literally feel the fat melt in your mouth, if you warm them up, you can still visualize the shiny, silky and buttery piece even after a 2nd time warming. I have yet to have anything dry from Lone Mountain. Completely worth every penny. Sure to impress anyone who loves beef. I don’t even think you can over cook this meat. Just a word of advice, let the meat get to room temp, or don’t cook it. Even overcooked it’s still as juicy as a peach, but why waste such good quality.

Our first Lone Mountain order turned out to be some of the best steak we've ever had. I make steak fairly often and we do sometimes splurge on very high-end beef. Even so, my family and I kept stopping to say, "This is REALLY good," throughout the meal. The balance of richness and intense beefy flavor was unique among the American, Australian and Japanese wagyu I've tasted. The steaks were so flavorful! I'm planning our next order.

I've ordered many times over the years. Tried different steaks, the burgers and summer sausage. The quality has always been good and consistent. While the steaks may be a bit expensive for regular purchasing, the burgers are more affordable and well worth the extra expense over regular beef.

Best tasting Wagyu EVER! Fat wasn't "fatty"!

The steaks were delivered promptly in excellent packaging and dry ice. I ordered the filet and New York strip, both were mouth-watering. I have previously had their ground beef and sausages which were also great. It is a special time when I know Lone Mountain Wagyu is on the way!

The Coulotte roasts are always amazing! We've been buying from Lone Mountain for years now and have never been disappointed.
I will say, the new tracking system leaves a little to be desired. Didn't indicate when the meat was going to arrive until the day of.

The meat that I purchased was the Kabob meat and it was simply fabulous. Half the meat we marinated and the other half was just salted and peppered and both turned out spectacular. I look forward to purchasing fillets in the future. There was also a problem with the address I gave and the company emailed me and asked for my physical address as they do not ship to a P.O. Box so stellar service on their part. I received my purchase quickly and had it in time for Christmas dinner. I will recommend Lone Mountain in the future.

Had to call them to see why the order had not shipped 10 days after placement. Was informed that one item was out of stock, but this was not indicated at the time of order or in a follow-up communication. I engaged with Sindi, and she was fantastic in resolving the situation quickly.
