If I could give it zero, I would! Do NOT trust these people. They also have a site in North Carolina called Jennifer & Jonathan. The same white sneakers are on THAT website for 74.99 with the slashed price as $140. I received the shoes two weeks after purchase. These shoes are the WORST shoes I've EVER seen. Absolutely NOTHING about these shoes in their description is true. ALL LIES!! They are plastic material and they smell like the inside of a tire shop. Not exaggerating. After numerous emails and one call which led nowhere, I received a response letting me know that I can return the shoes to CHINA!! Not even the US address. There's no way I'm paying to have these things sent back to CHINA with no guarantee of ever seeing my money again. DON'T get scammed!!!

Well where do I start.... firstly I would NOT give this business any stars but have no choice but to give it 1 star.
It's a scam business alright. I purchased 2 pairs of slides which cost me $95, showed really nice pairs saying orthopedic. Well they took a few weeks to arrive, which I thought was strange (as the business is to be in Sydney) so I said to my daughter they are probably waiting to receive them from Shein ! Well once my parcel arrived, the quality was absolute rubbish.... cheap as. Basically that's what they had done, so I jumped online and found the same slides for half the price on Shein ! the exact same slides.
I contacted their customer service at 'Lorena Sydney' on 4/11/25 and explained I wasn't happy & wanted to return them. As other people have stated, they came back with they'll offer me a discount, well I didn't want their discount. She stated that shipping would be at my cost, so I said no problem. I then posted them back to the address in China for $35.00 (my expense) and kept the tracking. After a couple of weeks I heard nothing and knew they had been signed for, so I contacted the customer person again to ask about my refund ?? as they had been signed for a couple of weeks ago. She said she would check and get back to me.... Guess what? I haven't heard a word. So not only did I pay $95 for some shite slides, I have also lost $35 in postage in returning them. I have since emailed her back again asking 'Where is my Refund'? and of course NO REPLY. I told her I would leave a bad review so here I am. Absolute joke of a business. All they do I order from Shein etc and big it up to be some lovely retail store with nice quality things! take no notice - Stay well away and put your money to something you can trust. Here I am now 3 months later no refund.

I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money. My experience is identical. The dress that arrived was very different to the one advertised. Thick polyester material, it was really underwhelming. I tried their return process. They responded quickly but would only offer a 15% refund and I could keep the dress. Even they don't want it back. Def no outlet in Sydney. It's a scam.

Clothes are not the same as advertised! This fraudulent company advertising under other company names that are also fraudulent such as Lily Hil with one l. If you chose to return the items that are sent and damaged or nothing like what you ordered, they charge you up to $50 for the return since it has to be shipped back to China.

I brought a pair of shoes in November last year i worked out later it was scam they took my money i havent had not one single update or the wherabout are my shoes.you cant contact them the email wont work it bounces back.so please dont go shopping online with lorena sydney do it in a safe way and read reviews before buying online too make sure that it safe too do so.

The order was placed in late November. The items requested arrived 4 weeks later.
The designs of the dresses were as advertised. But the quality of materials were totally different and cheap. Therefore well below what was advertised.
The advertisement is misleading. I will never order again. It is an insult to Kate Blanchett.

I bought a pair of orthopaedic Sandalswhich took over 2 weeks to get from NSW to WA.The Sandals were badly packed , just put in a bad one on top of each other & squshed. They took a great deal of trying to straighten the straps which took some doing . They are very unsuitable for my feet & have been trying to return them I did look at another pair which is very similar to a pair. that I have but almost $70. half price. I keep getting emails stating that they will hold the “order” until I change my mind. They state that they will fecund up to 90 days. Will see

I have had two items from this very unethical business. Both items were not as advertised, one being advertised as linen and the other as wool. The linen was like nylon (no label at all) and the wool was labelled polyester cotton. The poly cotton article was supposed to be a mid length wool coat with a big collar and pockets - I received a hooded top, no collar, no pockets and short. Definitely not a coat. Even though I did not get what I ordered they would not pay for the return postage. Lorena Sydney - I think not, more like Lorena China. I will be taking this down the legal route.

This company is a total scam! Not in Sydney at all but China. False advertising. The clothes I received are badly stitched, inferior material and have no labels. How can this happen and continue to trade? Very angry with these scam companies! Report to Scam Watch Australia. Everything on their website is a scam. Do not be fooled.

Do not use this company. The company IS NOT Australian and is not in Sydney. It is in China. When I wanted a refund they refused and said I had to pay for the return of the product. Their product is not what they promote. Shoes are PU and not leather, they will not give a receipt of purchase and the product is very poor. I do not believe they are Australian as you cannot find anything on them when you search the Australia business register. These online international sites should be blocked from selling in Australia.

Terrible- not located in Sydney!!! Poor quality and when you return the item you have to send it back to china.

Completely crap product. The company is located in Hong Kong and not Sydney as claimed on their website. I did receive lots of communication regarding delivery of my order and it arrived today 3 weeks after I ordered. The dress is polyester and not natural fibre and differs from the one pictured - different sleeves and hemline and bodice construction. The only positives for which it gets one star - it is sized correctly and has pockets (albeit white ones that are visible against the darker fabric)! Poor quality overall, the stitching for the bodice construction does not give with the material and is breaking, and is significantly overpriced for what you receive. Very misleading.

I was scammed as well. They took my payment and I have had no further contact with this business. There is no website. I have since reported this as a scam to my bank and thankfully the bank refunded me my money.

STAY AWAY. So disappointing and definitely a scam. The dress is nothing like advertised, is of very poor quality, it is not linen as described, the fitting is weird, and overall is a disgrace. Obviously this is an absolute rip-off.

They are a scam company, the dresses look nothing like the pictures on the website also they say the dresses are made of cotton/ linen but in actual fact they are made of polyester/ Elastane & polyester/ spandex, the third item was a pair of pants long enough to fit a 6ft person. They say the company is Sydney based totally false well & truely China based.
Have asked for refund still waiting on their response PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM LORENA SYDNEY.

Failed to deliver two items over 120$. I waited 1 month to realize that Lorena Sydney is located in China.
Lucky my Bank was notified and I received a charge back. Hopefully this will be the end of this. I'll be more careful next time .
