Very high quality and customer service excellent highly recommend

Lovely quality

The product is as described …soft and oh so cool , even during the last three very warm nights didn’t find the need to toss off and pull back the sheet.

Like I would using a light cotton sheet .

The biggest surprise is how big it is ..hangs down over the sides … ( king size ) ..

Ordering was easy …via Shop.. packaging ..excellent and beautifully package ..

The “ Thank You “. Card was very thoughtful and fully appreciated.

I will be back for more … shared with two families. 😊.

Beautiful bedding.

Stunning packaging. The quality of the items feel great can’t wait to try them tonight.

Excellent products. Just made second set of purchases. Only problem is that I can't stay away from home now as everyone else's bedding is such a let down compared to mine!

Beautiful bedding, arrives beautifully presented with the promise of exceptional comfort and delivered just that ❤️

The explanation of bamboo sheets, have used them in the past and yours are a superior quality, really thrilled when they were delivered. Washing instructions useful for a novice.

Firstly the bedding is so beautiful to sleep in, I wouldn’t purchase anything else. Secondly I had a small issue with my bedding and the customer service was fantastic with the problem solved straight away. Would definitely recommend this brand.

Had a few problems with the buttons but was delt with quickly and professionally. Will definitely use this company again, and keep recommending their products

Amazing and supportive customer service. Wonderful bedding 🥰

Beautiful bedding, fast delivery and gorgeous packaging. Particularly impressed with the fitted sheet, the elasticated bands to go under the mattress will make sure the sheet never pops off. The feel of bamboo is silky smooth, like the best, highest thread count Egyptian cotton and like cotton, it will require ironing after washing. Slightly shiny appearance, but looks luxurious rather than cheap. Very impressed. Excellent quality.

After years of investing heavily in silk bedding, I finally found something that comes close - at a fraction of the cost - I couldn't be more impressed.

I've always loved the luxurious feel of silk sheets, but the durability has consistently let me down. No matter the brand or price point, silk never seemed to last. So when I came across Lost Loom, I was intrigued by the promise of that same silky softness without the compromises.

I'm so glad I made the switch. The sheets are genuinely stunning - incredibly soft. But what really sets Lost Loom apart is the quality. You can tell immediately that these are built to last, which is exactly what I've been searching for.

What also stood out was the customer service. I made an error with my delivery details - entirely my own fault - and the team handled it quickly, efficiently, and without any fuss. That kind of seamless after-sales experience is rare and really does make a difference.

I'll absolutely be ordering more bedding for the rest of my beds. If you've been spending a fortune on silk and feeling the frustration of it not lasting, do yourself a favour and try Lost Loom. High quality, beautiful feel, and a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

so beautifully packaged and high quality products, delighted with my order

An error in packing was rectified immediately.

Really impressed with the bamboo bedding. I’ve bought bamboo from a different supplier before and thought it was great until I decided to buy from Lost Loom. The sheets feel super soft, silky and cool against the skin and their duvet is warm but lightweight. I really do have a good night’s sleep.

Everything about Lost Loom is an absolute pleasure. Sheets are fabulous quality - I already have 1200 thread count cotton sheets and these are as good.
The attention to detail - ties to hold duvet in place, extra elastic at corners of fitted sheets, concealed button fastening on duvet cover and deep envelope on pillowcases set these apart from other brands.
Customer service is beyond excellent. I made a mistake in my order and a replacement was sent the next day. The returns label even included my nearest DPD drop off point! Thank you Richard.
I will definitely be ordering another set.

Lovely bamboo pillowcases … great quality, beautifully soft & lovely pure white ! Very pleased with my purchase 🙂

The bedding feels so lovely silky soft. I can do a snow angel in bed!
Very happy with purchase.
Only negative is delivery company. They won’t leave parcel with anyone. So had to make sure someone was in, even then they didn’t wait for my relative to answer the door & delivery was delayed for another day.

Very quick to despatch and kept me updated with timings. The sheets arrived beautifully packaged, which was way beyond my expectations. Full care instructions included and would definitely buy from Lost Loom again. Highly recommended.
