The solicitors should be honest to inform to their clients that they will not be able to take the work immediately as they are too occupied.In my case, I have to chase the solicitor to proceed with my work even though I am charged full fees..... a bit unfair.

Unfortunately charges reflect the work undertaken and in this case your matter qualified for a basic fixed fee. I found Rizwan and Gurpal were most helpful during my recent transactions. We has a fussy lender but they assisted me all the way through and accelerated the process with smooth completion. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent solicitors who care about their client.
I was a bit apprehensive as I was a walk in client but was delighted with their service by the time I left Lovell Chohan Solicitors.
I got to see a solicitor straight away for my property matter. The solicitor was very knowledgeable and advised a course of action that I am completely satisfied with. I would not hesitate to use this firm of solicitors again should I need further assistance in the future.
