I purchased the item on 9/3/26.
On 9/18/26 (over 2 weeks later), after numerous contact attempts, they added a shipping label- but note they did NOT take it to UPS- they merely printed out a shipping label. On 9/21/26 (18 days after I purchased the item), they finally took it to UPS.
I received the item on 9/27/26 (3 1/2 weeks AFTER I purchased the item). So if you have a month to spare, then I recommend. Otherwise, purchase elsewhere.

The only negative eas 2 things it took along time to my emails i sent and it took over a month to receve my bottle

I placed an order on 9/6/26. I received message that there was a delay due to overwhelming response even though they still advertise it for sale. I got a message on 9/17 that my order was shipped. It turns out only a shipping label was created. I tried calling and the message is "the number is not answering calls at this time" Really need to improve their service if they expect to continue.

TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 4th and it’s still not delivered
Now it will be delivered the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend and I won’t have the liquor for my bbq
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
They are very misleading
It doesn’t take more than 3 weeks to deliver the scotch
They should say on their website how long it will take to deliver the scotch but they didn’t

Worst experience of my year
Sent my order poorly packaged that it broke in shipment - then issued a refund without verification so refund was sent to a card I no longer - so the refund is lost. When I asked why they said because it was out of stock - website shows it available to order on that day amd still as available today.

We’re very sorry your order was damaged in transit and that the refund process caused additional frustration.
Although we package every shipment securely, the items we ship are both heavy and fragile, and unfortunately carriers can occasionally damage the contents despite those precautions. As soon as we were informed of the incident, we issued a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
Our general policy for damaged shipments is to provide a prompt full refund rather than send a replacement. This is intended to prevent customers from facing additional delays while a damage claim is reviewed and a replacement shipment is processed.
As a rule, all refunds must be returned to the original payment method and cannot be redirected by the merchant (us) to a different card. If that card has been replaced or closed, the issuing bank will normally route the credit to the replacement account or advise how it will be handled. We would be glad to provide the refund confirmation or transaction reference so the bank can trace it.
We also apologize that our out-of-stock explanation appeared inconsistent with the availability shown on our website. Inventory can change quickly, but we should have communicated the situation more clearly.
Please contact us directly so we can help confirm the refund with your card issuer and bring this matter to a proper resolution.

Terrible shipping service
Have ordered many times from LoveScotch. The last 3 orders have been significantly delayed - on average 2-3 weeks. The last was shipped 17 days after the order was placed and only after I complained. One order was confirmed, only to have it changed by them because one bottle not in stock. They are very quick to charge your card, but shipping is ridiculously late. I love their selection, but not their service. I'll never order from them again.

Ordered 3 bottles May 6. Only received a notification a week later saying they were still working on my order. Here we are almost a month later and still no product or communication. This will be my last order . Hopefully I'll actually receive it!

Finally got my bottle but will never buy again as long as you ship with gls. Gls is an absolute nightmare. They suck and fail to deliver on time or even close to on time every time. You lost this customer because of gls.

At checkout, we offer both flat-rate economy shipping and premium FedEx options. Our premium FedEx rates are discounted and generated directly by the carrier/shipping platform, we do not add any surcharge to those rates.
For flat-rate shipping, we use GLS to some states, which is generally reliable but is not as fast as FedEx. If an order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting one of the premium shipping options available at checkout for faster delivery.
