Jayden was a star in sorting out our requests. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us in the loop and explained everything well.

I’m in the middle of booking a holiday with Lo cost cruises.
Felt a bit strange at first having a payment plan but talked through with Mike.
I have been able to verify everything booked by them is on my parties name with hotels and airlines and the customer service is very good so supportive of their 5 star reviews so far and I’m looking forward to the trip and will no doubt be reviewing again following the trip

The customer service received was outstanding with lots of useful information and tips for our trip/cruise. J made the experience very personal and was very friendly/helpful with nothing too much trouble. I would definitely use this travel company again and highly recommend it.

This is now the fifth time we have booked with Lowcostcruises, and once again the experience has been outstanding. Our most recent trip was a wonderful New England and New York cruise during the winter holidays, so when we started thinking about our next holiday, we didn’t hesitate to return to them. For our next trip, we had the idea of visiting Tokyo during the cherry blossom season and possibly combining it with a visit to parts of China. We had a few places in mind but were very keen to avoid large group tours and instead create something more personal and flexible. From the very first conversation, Arman at Lowcostcruises was fantastic. It was refreshing to speak with someone who genuinely listened to our ideas and then helped develop them with thoughtful suggestions and expert guidance. His knowledge of both Japan and China is impressive, and he patiently explained how the private tour and cruise elements of the trip would work together. Arman helped us plan the timing carefully to maximise our chances of seeing the cherry blossoms in both countries. He also suggested a variety of travel options and accommodation styles so we could experience something unique at each stage of the journey. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he always made sure our preferences and interests were fully taken into account. We’ve also been very impressed with the friendly and professional support from Lilly. Together they have created a detailed and well-structured itinerary that gives us complete confidence in the trip. After five bookings with Lowcostcruises, we can honestly say their service continues to exceed our expectations. We’re now incredibly excited and looking forward to our 2027 adventure.

Great Service and a Great Hotel. Jasmine Palace Resort, Hugarda. Changed our original plan and they sorted it straight away. Very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you. Planning to return next year.

We were put in a hotel with building site ongoing outside our room.. we were never made aware of this at anytime.. the cruise also we booked to.go on was not the boat we had booked.. bathroom over flowing.. no help at all from low cost cruises or johnson holidays.. they are both the same.company.. emailed them many times and no reply.. was supposed to be dealt with within 30 days, which is now over.. Our 20th wedding anniversary was completly ruined by the hotel and boat.. we also had a dirty problem with bathroom on boat.. was reported 3 times but temporarily fixed with a plastic bad and a toilet brush holder on top of it.. every time we let the bath water out, dirty water was coming up through the drain in the floor, meaning we had to walk in it.. hardly hygienic at any rate.. deeply disappointed

We just returned from our wonderful Lake Garda stay and Greek Isles cruise, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Mike and Reggie from LowCostCruises for their exceptional service. They were both extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of — from arranging a wheelchair-accessible cabin to ensuring we had full seats on the plane.
Everything went smoothly, and it turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be using LowCostCruises for all our future cruises and highly recommend them to anyone planning their next getaway!

I can't rate Jayden highly enough, I first looked at Egypt cruises for Jan/Feb ' 26 but i was unable to get time off or dates clashed with something. Jayden remembered me mentioning other dates and contacted me with a holiday for September and it was a great deal especially as I'm a solo traveller and a bit nervous ! Throughout my trip I am being looked after, all transfers included and I'll have the contact numbers of local reps if I need anything while I'm away. I was also offered at a cost an upgrade and even that was an offer too good to refuse. He also organised a trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum, I am very impressed with this company and the contact has been brilliant - can't fault anything.
