Very helpfull

As a first time senior solo traveller when looking to book my holiday was very helpful and arrange holiday for me including Nile cruise. My holiday included excursions,3 night in hotel and 7 nights cruise all inc.
I was assured everthing was included.
When I paid for holiday was asked if wished to upgrade my accomadation to a deluxe room with rail window on cruise, this would mean would not be near engines, so I paid extra to do this. I was also assured a rep would met me at passport control when I landed.
On arrive I bad to purchase a visa,this was never mentioned in any correspondence. The rrp was not at passport control to meet me, this caused unneccessary stress, as I was assured I wojkd be met there.
On cruise I was not allocated room was promised and was placed above engines. Called Plenty and was told as weekend was nothing they could do. Thankfully the rep on ship from Johnson holidays manage to sort for me and I was mooved to the room I paud extra for the next evening. I did receive a call from Plenty same evening sayong they had sorted issue and had to pay more money to get me moved. I have emailed asking refund for the nights not in room paid for , I am still waiting for a reply 1 week on.

Stanley organised a trip in Egypt for us that provided a range of experiences. We started with 3 nights in a beautiful all inclusive hotel/resort in Hurghada where we snorkelled, walked to the marina, fish market and mosque. He organised a comfortable transfer across the desert to Luxor where we joined a Nile Cruise, visiting temples, tombs and markets. From Luxor we flew to Cairo for a busy 2 days visiting the pyramids, khan-El-Khalili market and the GEM museum. Flying back to Hurghada for a final 2 nights of all inclusive luxury. The 6hr Easy jet flight wasn’t the best and we would have preferred a better airline but that’s a lesson learnt. We would highly recommend Stanley at Plenty Holidays.

I have just returned from an amazing, bespoke, holiday. David is the magician that makes things happen. He listened to my needs and tailored a holiday that i will remember for a life time. I did everything i had on my wishlist in Egypt. The Nile cruise was amazing. Oh, my goodness, the food - don't get me started. It was delicious!! Oh, the customer service, blew my mind away. I had a problem while in Egypt. I sent a haik Mary text at 11.00pm and within 5 minutes I got a phone call from England, explaining everything i needed to know. I was so reassured and amazed that they called me so quickly. Which customer servoce does that!? My respect for their after sales care has gone off the scales. Ill be booking with them for my holiday to India or Vietnam. Thanks David for a brilliant holiday. Mr Dyllen

Excellent 14 day holiday with Plenty holidays arranged via Stanley. One night Hurghada followed by 7 day nile crise , 2 days in Cairo and 5 days back in Hurghada. All hotels and Nile river cruise were excellent including food and service .Transfers were seemless and we were met at each airport and taxis arraaged from cruise ship to airport and hotels to airport.Whatsaap groups kept us updated and we were fully updated every step of the way

to be honest everybody that we spoke to seems to care that we got the holiday that we that we wanted. David listened to us and was very thoughtful about what we required, also ensuring we were happy with the details. The booking team were very efficient and reiterated all details back to us, to ensure that it was what we wanted and required, also explaining all the options and costs. We would definitely recommend plenty holidays and will be booking with them again.

Really took the time to understand what I wanted from a Nile Tour and helped tailor the trip to my preferred specifications. Kevin and his colleagues were really patient in explaining the options to me and making sure I was happy with the details before proceeding. Will no doubt use again in future.

This is the worst of the worst. Do not trust this agency, I wish I have never booked anything with them. Paid for a week holiday with flights and hotel all inc £750 and 10 days before my holiday my mum had sadly passed. Called to ask if possible to offer me a credit only for the hotel for a future date (didn’t ask for refund and also understandably I lost flights) the agents didn’t wanted to offer any help or even try to accommodate me in any way-all I was offered is £100 voucher for the same hotel which I have refused. Unbelievable service and literally fuming at my own stupidity for allowing myself to trust these people.

We were very happy to have a good flight, reasonable priced break, excellent staff on the hokiday. Plenty holidays always responded very promptly to my queries, sent any links i requested and cjecked to ensure we were ok. We will certainly bpok woth them agAin. DAVID WAS AN EXCELLENT REP

Great service from David and Stanley helped me from start to finish of tye travel
