After 11 months with my brand new Voyager 540 i bought from Lowdhams
I returned for a hab check
After a 85 mile drive i dropped off motorhome the day before service
I also told them or three small faults to do as it was there
A screw had come away fixing window blind to wall
A hinge in bathroom cabinet wanted adjusting
Canopy that was fitted buy Lowdhams dripped next to door when open
I was told i would be charged extra because not covered by warranty
I got charged 1 hours labor
I contacted swift and was told Lowdhams had not raised a warranty claim
For the sake of £75 labor charge they have lost my custom forever

Went to recent Lincoln Show with a few ideas, spoke to a lot of dealerships, Lowdhams chap Jamie was so helpful of all sales people we spoke to. Follow up visits (zero pressure) helped us zone in on what suited our needs; again Jamie was brilliant. Helped us through whole “process” & we love the van. The lady who did our “hand over” Shirley knew sooooo much detail & was so patient. Moving from a much more basic van, we asked LOTS of questions cos everything was fancier…..(soz Lowdhams, fairly confident I haven’t run out of “how do I do this & that?”…got a great rapid response on the couple of times I’ve already queried “what does this button do?”) All in all, we’re chuffed so far :)

Dealing with Lowdhams was great from start to finish. Everyone was amazing and very friendly to deal with....nothing was too much trouble! This was our first caravan and they helped us promptly with all our questions. We cannot recommend them enough!

We have had the best experience buying our new motorhome from Lowdhams. Made very welcome and at ease while browsing. Very knowledgeable and professional care from Charlie, Kevin and Paul who are a credit to Lowdhams. The whole process was smooth and nothing was too much trouble.
A special thank you goes to Kevin as he totally understood our requirements and was always happy to answer any questions even after handover.

I had to wait from May for a warranty replacement part for my French motorhome. I was kept fully informed of the delay in Lowdham Leisureworld receiving this part by a Service Team member called Aaron. Finally today, Aaron confirmed that the part will now be posted to me free of postage costs as I had to wait so long. Well done Aaron, I really appreciate your work on this matter.

I was extremely pleased with the service JENNY provided and found her to be very helpful, professional and attentive. Jenny was especially helpful from 01/12/25 to 03/09/26 when my 2 year old Van was diagnosed (twice) with water ingress and finally collected on 03/09 26 after the last repair. A letter of complaint will be sent to the Service Manager.
Without Jenny's help I fear iwould still be waiting.

Superb service from the team at Lowdhams from start to finish, we’re very happy with our new Campervan and have total confidence in Lowdhams after service in the coming years keeping our Campervan in tip top condition.

We collected a brand new caravan from Lowdham Leisureworld and while Sandra, our sales representative was excellent, we had some issues when collecting the van. Firstly the oven failed during the Pre Delivery Inspection, which meant that the entire oven needed replacing. Then, during handover, the fridge failed, needing a new PCB installed while we waited. We also needed to have one of the seat cushions changed because of dirty hand marks and we noticed once home that the carpet also has dirty marks on it (not sure why they were down with engineers needing to go in?) Even though Lowdham Leisureworld did resolve the issues, it clearly wasn’t the best experience for collecting our brand new caravan and slightly took the shine off the day.
