We bought a new motorhome from Lowdham and the service given has been excellent. I would recommend them highly on their customer service.

Kevin really took time during the handover to go over every aspect. Nothing was rushed and all out questions where answered. He had excellent depth of knowledge and was very good.

We purchased our Swift 594 from Lowdhams in February. Adam was so incredibly helpful in talking us through the purchase process (we are not from the UK) and the team have been very patient answering our newbie questions.

We had a couple of modifications and add-ons and these were all done on time, as promised.

Being able to spend a couple of nights in the rally field were so appreciated so we could find our feet.

Dropped the van off for a broken heater issue on the 31st Jan 2026…. It’s now march 6th and the vans had no moved an inch since the day I dropped it off (dispite them telling me it’s fixed waiting for QC this week. 2 days later and still no call to say it’s ready). 100% with gps proof the vans not moved in the slightest… I know this for a fact because if it had I would have had a call from the telemetrics company who monitor it and it records it in the app even if the van moves 2metres…

I’m beyond fed up… after spending £78,000 on my first camper it’s now been in for fixes not only at Ford but also lowdhams for a total of 6 weeks! The van has only done 3600 miles!

Service support is beyond a joke, zero updates without me chasing it up and then getting lied to about it it being fixed

I had to order replacement parts from America for our trailer and have been grateful and impressed by the help and service Lowdams provided. Chloe Harvey went above and beyond to help get the parts from the states and has been prompt and diligent providing excellent customer care.

My friend purchased a camper van and all the staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond.
The camper was immaculate and Nathan who was the sales person and who did the handover was very knowledgeable with all aspects.

Very impressed with the service from Stuart T at Lowdhams….. having ordered a van in October 25 I was regularly kept up to date with updates of its manufacturing and delivery.
Yesterday I collected it and had a very comprehensive handover and plenty of coffee!!
I was unable to stay onsite overnight as they like you to do to familiarise yourself with help at hand but have been invited back to stay any time to take advantage of their expertise and have a 24hr helpline available should I need it.
I cannot recommend Lowdhams and in particular Stuart T highly enough.

Although there is a couple of small snags to put right which is expected like a button on a draw and catch on a cupboard. Gordon was fantastic very helpful and attentive and i would recommend anyone wanting a new motorhome to go and speak to him.

Sandra Whitlock was very helpful and friendly as was all the staff. Would highly recommend.

The team at Lowdhams were incredibly helpful. From our first enquiry to driving away with our new to us caravan, they couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and understanding. Before we left we had a thorough walkthrough of how everything worked, along with a phone number for when we forget anything. The discount card for local services is a nice touch. We feel confident in our purchase.

We recently bought a Sunlight Cliff 600 Adventure from Lowdhams Leisure and had a great experience throughout.

Jamie Middup was very knowledgeable and always available to help at each stage of the purchase, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The overnight stay at Lowdhams after purchase was also a really useful way to get to know the van properly.

Gordon has been most helpful throughout answering our queries and sending additional information about our vehicle. He explained the essential things we need to know with great clarity and patience and is reliable and knowledgeable about the product.

Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He saw us through the whole process of selecting the right van for us, through to handover and follow up, once we had our new van.
Everyone at Lowdhams were friendly and helpful.
We weren’t pressured in anyway and Nathan particularly was was patient answering all our questions and following up with queries.
This is our second campervan from Lowdhams and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them, for a great choice of vehicles, excellent staff and service.

Jamie was incredibly patient while I was looking to buy a campervan. He took me for a test drive and explained all the options available including solar and lithium batteries. He was always professional and kept in touch post visit. Although I ultimately ended up buying from a dealer at the NEC, I really appreciated Jamie's knowledge and honest, straightforward approach. I would definitely recommend him and Lowdhams.

I collected my caravan today from Lowdams following a service, however due to a miscommunication from a service advisor the "advisory" fault he reported to me over the telephone turned out to be a major safety issue, making taking the caravan away totally unsafe. Fortunately on this occasion I was being dealt with by the super efficient service advisor Jenny, she arranged for the workshop manager to come over to discuss the issue and the work required. He arranged to get the caravan back into the workshop and do the necessary work straight away.
So a big 5 star review and thank you to both Jenny and the workshop team.
All told what would have been yet another trip to pick the van up and a disappointing experience with the service department, it was saved by Jenny's proffesionalism.

Also worth a mention is Sally the service receptionist who fields the never ending stream of telephone calls. She is both super friendly and super efficient.

Kiran, in the Service Team, provided a great service helping to resolve a warranty registration issue with Hymer - who proved to be frustrating for both myself and Lowdhams.

He was great at chasing down a resolution and always returned calls and emailed as promised.

The issue is now resolved - many thanks !!!
