Bad Customer Service - Tracy Hunter
I was connected to Tracy Hunter from CAA the broker Gallagher and found her very rude. From the moment she picked up the phone, she gave me attitude right away. She emailed me and I had a few more questions so I called her back "TWICE" and she never replied back. I took my business to another broker. I won't recommend going this way to anyone to find insurance.

They were very easy to connect with and no lengthy hold times. I had occassion to contact them twice today and got through right away both times. Made my new vehicle purchase a lot easier as I knew the prices going in to sign the deal on tge car.

I choose not to proceed with the quote…
I choose not to proceed with the quote because it was more expensive when I followed it through online but an advisor called me anyway. So I went through the call, and it seems Scoop didn't actually quote on the coverage I requested but s default set of variables so the avidly quote was more than $1000 higher
