Raquel was very patient, and very polite. I think I was on the phone with her for about 2 hours. The price I got for auto insurance was about $600 cheaper than my current provider, and my tenant insurance was about the same as I'm currently paying. She even laughed at my joking around with her. Getting a quote was simple, and convenient. HOWEVER the day following me completing the online form, they phoned me THREE times in two hours. The first call coming in at 8:15am. No thank you. One call and one voicemail would have been sufficient. They had three different agents call me and leave three voicemails.
