Asking again the same information
Despite all the information was filled in the forms, the agent ask again many of the questions already answered online. This makes the call very long and annoying for both, agent and customer.

Time consuming
You are wasting my time. I called yesterday, they said they call me today. They called, I had to talk to AI, then I had to give same information to the agent, then agent said he will email me the quote, I have been waiting since morning. No email received. Called back, again waste time with AI who doesn't understand. I am very upset!

Disgusted wasted a full day of my time. .
Called gave all the true facts ,was told I qualify for like 20 Star Insurance and then finalizing everything he asked me if there's any other license drivers in the house to me that shouldn't matter but I don't care , then he goes and checks he says it's just for the application it's just a technicality for the application and then he comes back saying any licensed driver should be a somebody's insurance as a primary????They are not touching my car. It's my car . OTHER DRIVERS Has nothing to do with IT. Next time I look for insurance I actually have to lie? Say oh I live by myself ,not married,no kids...just to have affordable insurance????? LOW RATES. CA wasnt worth the star I did give. To have to put my 22 year old son on MY insurance when he dosnt use my truck is a simple.cash grab. And i felt tricked as well. When i asked why he needs the other drivers licenses he says dont worry its just a tecnacality???? Disgusted.
