Only place where I feel like all the boots are 10/10

I recently purchased the London Platform from Lucent, and it’s a 10/10 for me. It's high-quality, with natural leather. For this price point is amazing, the value is unbeatable. Plus, the design is far more palatable than the competition. I’d definitely choose Lucent again over brands like Allen Edmonds or Meermin.

I had been meaning to write a review for a few days but wanted to get some time in them before writing a review. Immediate impressions out of the box: amazing. I was very impressed. I put them on and was even more pleased. After a few wears to work, they become one of my favorite pairs of footwear. For context, I was in a combat role in the army and have been in fitness for over twenty years. Footwear has been critical for me over the years. These boots have impressed me and I am pleased to recommend them highly.

Horrible customer service.
Ordered jacket, boot and a sweater. I have requested a return label right after I have received it and tried it on at home. The boot wasn’t comfortable and jacket didn’t fit well. I have contacted them right away, and the response was from one of their reps(probably someone from overseas with broken English) stating that first he needs pictures of the items( never heard this but ok I can do that) and most importantly he can’t create a return labels for the boots. They are so not sure of their products that can’t take atand behind it. This matter should be escalated to upper management and handled accordingly.

I want to thank Adair for his exceptionally fast, professional, and effective assistance. He personally handled my order and ensured everything went smoothly. Because of his support, I feel even more confident in Lucent Los Angeles as a brand.

I will certainly be returning for more products in the future. Great service like this truly stands out!

The website is super friendly. The order shipped in a timely manner. The box that the boots came in are very nice. Additionally, the way the boots are packaged inside of the box make it nice to open. Each boot comes in a nice Lucent cloth bag to keep them nice.

I did a lot of research for a Chelsea style boot, with a zipper side, and with an ALL LEATHER SOLE BOTTOM! That is very difficult to find, even in the nicest men's shoes stores. When I came across Lucent, all leather soles, I was excited to get them in and gift them.

We ordered the Pioneer, because it had the zipper on the side. But, I almost ordered the Chelsea with the Mona Lisa bottom! The only problem was that it didn't have the zipper, so I went with the Pioneer. My BF loves them, mostly because of the all leather soles bottoms!

I ordered the Calabasas boots from the site. The quality is top tier and they arrived within just five days. I’ve purchased boots from many different brands, and Lucent easily stands out as one of the best in both craftsmanship and comfort. I’ll definitely be buying from them again. I just hope they expand their boot collection soon, I’d love to see more styles and color ways!
