Terrible site. Have to fight for money won and they give you all these bonuses and once the play thru is done it gives you 25 bucks. Even if you have 1000 in winnings.

I would put 5 stars because when I did win, and I've cashed out on $2,000 three seperate times and $2,500 another time. The transactions went fine every time. Now just like any casino, it took a lot of playing to get there but I've gotten back much more then I've put in, more then fair, right?
Problem is, since then no matter if I deposit $20 or $100, it plays a little then starts to go to zero very fast. I've put in quite a lot since I cashed out on my winnings and haven't even been able to cash out on a lousy $100..That is very disappointing. FOR THIS LUCKY CREEK GETS 1 STAR

I withdrew a winnings of $800 on February 14 that morning I had to do an international wire transfer. I filled out everything completely correct today is the 24th and I still have not received my money every time I call or message them they tell me something different but they said it’s on the way and I should get it any day now. I think they’re a scam. Do not play here

I WON ALMOST $700.00 AND COULDN'T WITHDRAW NOT EVEN $540 BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE SOME M9NEY TO KEEP PLAYING. IF you use a Bonus code, They will only cash out 1000 max. they cancel out all other winnings, they don't disclose this till you complain about it.

I personally won 4600 on their site, last deposit wasn't on a bonus code. but i still had some money from a previous deposit. they still claimed the bonus payout max was $1000. and refuse to fix their issue.

Site also takes extremely long to receive withdrawal. cashed out 2/1. still took till 2/13 to receive payment where they still charge $40 processing fee. they said $20 but took $40.

lucky creek casino and treasure mile along with grand eagle casino are rip off casinos they wont pay you the money you win I'm homeless and out n cold I won $1225 on there casino platform and I did everything it said I needed to and forfeited the bonus they give me and they have not paid me the money I won they say they wired it to my account but cant provide tracer number and nothing is in my account or anything so don't waste your time or money at any of these casinos

WOW If I read these reviews first I probably wouldn't have played on lucky creek or there 7 or 8 sister sites in the group. I play on all there sites and honestly never had a problem. I deposited $150 of my own money, was given the choice to accept a bonus or not, I chose not to, being that in order to withdraw after the bonus, one must play through $17,000 worth of wagering. When I went to withdraw, the casino told me that I had accepted the bonus, and in order to withdraw any funds, I had to play through the $17,000, even tho I only played live dealer, and you can’t play with bonus money in the live dealer section. Do NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO. I have deposit money and got a bonus that I was told I needed to play what ever amount do to be able to cash out. Which I did and finished winning 10, 000 dollars. I contacted the casino and ask if that was real money and if I could withdraw and I also explained that had received a bonus on my deposit. The person I spoke said yes congratulations you have won and yes you can cash out. I did cash out and then I was told to wait for 48 hours because finance needed to make sure everything was good. This site knew that I was dealing with identity theft issues from the start of creating my account with them. And they knew money was being stolen from my financial accounts. I added money to this site as a means of trying to protect it from being stolen from me, and then they did! I got the complete run around with having my money reimbursed that wasn't used for any gambling purposes and then became rude with me when speaking to customer service support about this situation. In fact I even reported to them directly about an unrecognized card on my account myself and 3 others that were mine, but began having issues with them so I had updated to one new card and asked for all the others to be removed. They removed only the one card account that should have remained on the account. And then called me a liar, stole all my money from me, and placed some sort of gambling addiction response on me for trying to have my money refunded back to the original account that sent the money. They claim its been sent, but my account says it's not there, wasn't ever sent back. And now, they hold an illegal 3rd party block on all my accounts that were also hyjacked or compromised by hackers so that none of my evidence against them can be given to police or investigators. They stole my money and then lied about everything including the chat logs for which showed that I had reported such incident as that unrecognized card account myself and asked for a proper resolution for the situation.
