They give you a few free spins, This handcuffs your deposit as a bonus, its now there money and you will never see it again.
THEY DO NOT LET PEOPLE WITHDRAW FUNDS.

This company should pour gasoline on itself and light a match. I feel they are crooks and i would not waste my turds on them let alone money. Their games are stupid and dont pay out. The games are boring and when you try to cash out even when youve deposited your money they wont do anything but come up with excuses about why you cant. Im disgusted but i only deposited 20 bucks. I won a small amount and was so bored with their tight games i just wanted my money back. It didnt happen and i got many excuses of why they wont. I just want to warn others not to blow money at lucky creek. Its the worst one ive tried of all online casinos.

Completely unsatisfied, this is 100% a scam! This website has been a major disappointment, they won’t reply to my emails or process my payment.

The worst you think they would read reviews and get better but pieces of craps that rob people will never care they will forever just keep robbing people rival games always pay and of course they would not let me play them kept saying that their was an issue but they let me play all the games that DO NOT PAY SAUCIFY 100% Rigged just by that scam alone DO NOT DEPOSIT DO NOT PLAY sadly online gambling is going to reach into the trillions and you my friends has stained your name and thats your karma NO ONE WILL BE PLAYING and cuz you are so greedy you wont be getting a cut of all that money shame on you YOU SUCK! BAN THIS CASINO !

Do not play Here. They rig everything. Your games will freeze up when you actually do win!! They literally Robbed me out eighteen thousand dollars that I won fair and square!! made up excuses to Why I didn't win!! Highly recommend not playing here Bunch of Foreign people that treat you like ass

I was able to successfully redeem a couple hundred dollars from this casino. I made a purchase with one of the promotion packs and was able to win in the end. The play through requirement for the promotions are a bit strange as other people pointed out in other reviews of this site. It did take a while to win enough to meet the requirements but eventually I did and was able to win a couple hundred dollars which I got wired to my bank account.

Why would anyone visit a site that sends 10 spam emails a day. The remove link will not stop them. So if they do not obey the spam laws, what would make you think they are honest enough to pay you if you win or not sell your card/bank information?

So disappointed. I truly fell for the excitement of winning and couldn’t wait to get my winnings deposited.
Unfortunately, this ended up being a joke on me.
Definitely grateful for the actual real online casinos that really do payout the guests as expected.

Worse rip off casino in history. Played the $50 bonus I was sent, played through over $3000 received pop up I had met my play through, cashed in $350 got nothing. This casino should be shut down for fraud To many other fair casino’s out there to play, don’t wast a penny on this ripoff casino. SHUT THEM DOWN! They don’t deserve a one star.

I bought a bonus play at Lucky Creek Casio for $50. I had to go through what they call a 15000 playthrough and the bonus money turns into real money. I did that and the amount turned into 19000. I put a withdrawal of 15000 in and they are now only paying me 980 of the 15000 and deducted the rest from my account. They at least could of left the 14000 in the account and instead they deleated of the so call real money based on some fine print they had. I think the stole the 14000 from me.

So they can take your deposit instantly.... but when you win money... even if its on different game and not on bonus spins or anything like that. They still will give you the run around I won 2088 dollars and they sent me 80 and a $15.00 fee and then voided out my other $ 2,000. At first tried to say I won it with the money they matched me on my deposit which wouldn't matter anyways lol. Then they tried to say I won it on the 99 free spins which I only won 18.96 on that and then went on and played other games winning and losing money both but then they said that I didn't spend the whole $18.96 before winning the 2000. And that all I was getting was the 80 (65 actually after fee). Boycott them and do not use then please for your peace of mind it's not worth it and there are so many loophole's and scams they use and the people are rude the second you catch them in their bull crap.

If you win a decent amount of money. Luckycreek will purposely not pay you after you spin and win. Their customer service are complete liars. They will tell you that you weren't supposed to get paid for those spins even though you provide evidence. They are extremely rude and will hang when you catch them in a lie.

I'm only giving this Casino 1 star because I have to give them something to post this review. I won 500 back in March 2023 and had no issues i was paid all of my money minus the 20-dollar wire fee. This past October I won $2700 I looked in my back office and saw it was corrected to $1300. When it got paid I got a wire of $960.00 I called and they told me the finance dept is the one who determines what I get paid. I expressed my concern to the support person who gave me a $50 dollar bonus I played and added $60 of my own money. I won $320 I looked in the system and saw they corrected the amount to $220 i was disappointed but accepted it as was expecting this. Today I got a wire of $80.00! I will never ever play their casino again! They should be upfront with everyone. It's not fair to win money and be paid something else based on what a person (Finance Dept) feels.

Do not trust Lucky Creek! I had 5 of my credit cards hacked on their and they charged so many items on each card. I had to get replacement cards and I called Lucky Creek and explained what had happened and he assured me it was not them, because I wanted them to be aware that someone working there was doing this. So when I got my new cards I used two different cards on the lucky creek casino app and it happened again. I would not trust this site. Someone there is stealing your information.

Lucky Creek is a scam. I deposited $20 in this casino and won over $5000.00. so when I went to withdraw the money won they kept giving me the runaround saying that my account wouldn't accept their payment and then they lied and said my ID verification was no good. This casino is a big bunch of scammers. You pay them but when you win they don't pay you. After exhausting every effort I could use. I gave up and just went to a game and max betted it all back to zero and will never use this casino or it's affiliates ever again for slot play. Do not play at Lucky Creek. I hope this casino is shut down. They never pay back to their customers. It's amazing that they also have a car giveaway. But I've never even seen or heard of anyone winning or any evidence at all of anyone winning. They post up usernames but nothing else. If anyone in the right places sees this message please shut down this casino. A lot of people are being scammed out of their hard earned money. I also have screenshots of my winnings that they never would pay me for. Thanks for reading.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD DO NOT PLAY HERE I PLAYED THUR 1,880 DOLLARS BECAUSE I USED A BONUS AND I GOT UP TO 732$ TRIED TO CASH OUT AND I COULD ONLY CASH OUT AND CONVERT IT TO 25$ WASTE OF TIME THEY WEIRD THEN I SAID IM NOT PLAYING ON HERE NO MORE I TRIED TO WITHDRAW MY 25$ CANT DO THAT EITHER YU CAN ONLY CASH OUT AT 100$ SCAM IM REPORTING THEM TO BBB RIGHY NOW

Lucky creek is absolutely awful! I have played there for a while putting up with a lot of S!!! from them!! This was the last straw for me! I won a thousand dollars and withdrew it and they screwed up the account number and sent it to a different account. They admitted that they made a mistake and showed me the account number they sent it to! They put my institution numbers in the middle of my account number. They then proceeded to tell me that the financial department would be in touch and that the thousand dollars they sent to the wrong account would come back to them!! That was withdrawn at the beginning of July. We are now in September!! I still don’t have the money and I’ve sent a million emails trying to get them to speak with me. The only 2 times they’ve responded is to say that it has been paid out and to look in my statement for the square whatever deposit! Regardless of how many times I’ve told them that I didn’t get it even though they even admitted and showed me their mistake they just keep ignoring me!!! And I still haven’t got my money months later! This isn’t the only incident that I’ve had with this casino either this was just my last straw with this place! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely the worst casino on the online casino list I used a deposit bonus only to find out that I could only cash out $25 after my playthrough I had $260 after my playthrough and that was taken away leaving me with $25 I was told in chat that that is in their tems and conditions STAY AWAY from this casino
