Don’t waste your time. Quality of product is terrible and the text is awful on the dressing gown and they’re not willing to give a refund: they don’t understand the basic rules of joined writing. The o written on my order clearly looked like an a rather than an o. The quality of the product is also cheap: don’t waste your time.

Lovely purchase experience and we received a bespoke robe of excellent quality material. The robe belt was fixed at the back so no more misplaced belts. Great idea.

I ordered a beautiful snow leopard dressing gown as a present for my son’s carer. It never arrived. On contacting customer services, they immediately looked into it and found the package had been lost. They advised they would send a replacement on next day delivery. It arrived the following day. It is beautifully made and so very very soft, and my sons carer loved it 😊

Bought a zebra dressing gown for my youngest son with his name on it. Had previously bought the giraffe one for my older son and came back to Lulabay for a second time as I (and he) loved it so much. The quality is excellent- so soft and cuddly and just perfect for little ones. Highly recommend.
