Still waiting for the shirt tracking number not recognised money taken sent 4 emails no reply. No stars really. Next move money back from credit card

Bought a cotton/linen striped shirt from this company 9n the back of a Facebook ad. Took a while to arrive. When it did, it was a cheap, badly made chinese shirt, 35% cotton and 65% polyester. I've contacted them for a method of return and a PayPal refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered 2 Easential Jumpsuits, it arrived after 2weeks, I was not happy to one of the jumpsuits so I emails their customer service, they are prompt in replying my email, even tho of the time difference wherever their hub is, and they delivered service as what has been promised, I am a happy customer. Keep up the good work…👍🏼

Ordered and paid for item 16 days ago and after NO CONTACT from Luluwin i emailed them and order still has not been sent - No communication No assistance DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Shirt was too small,contacted customer service for return/refund,replied within couple days,offered 50% refund,wich I felt not too bad,can always use it as a duster.Refund came through just as quick

Seriously, it would be zero stars... had to chase the order twice, no reply but it did arrive, the shirts were not as described, size, material -awful, so requested from the non-existent customer service department of Luluwin, details of how to return them, 3 times and still waiting. It is obviously a scam and I'll be notifying the police, trading standards and VISA and would advise not to buy from them or other Chinese companies doing everyone and the world a favour.

This appears to be a scam operation,by one entity operating many websites of similar nature.
UK base is a PO Box address only.
No replies to emails.
No phone numbers.
STAY WELL AWAY. !!!
Trading Standards and local police have been informed.

Update.
Now resolved.
But no UK tele number or base.
Will not use again.

Just received a shirt ordered. Buttons on wrong side and sizing clearly a joke.
I cannot find any details inside to return so looks like I am putting this straight into the bin.

Linen/cotton shirt is 65% polyester (although it feels 100% polyester), the buttons are on the wrong side of the shirt and the sizing is ridiculously small. If I walked past a naked flame, I would combust, the quality is that poor. I tried the shirt on and it was like wearing a plastic bag!
I'd be embarrassed to be identified as someone working for this shower of a company... total sh!t.

My wife ordered 4 summer tops from this company before we'd seen any of the, largely awful reviews and when we did we immediately regretted the purchase, so much so that I instantly tried to cancel the order but was too late as the payment had already been taken. Whilst I agree that they are completely hopeless at responding to emails (3 sent - no replies), the tops have just arrived a few moments ago and they are just as she was expecting, reasonably made for the price and ideal for our summer holiday. In fact our only real complaint is that there are no labels for washing instructions or material composition information. Otherwise, no problems and our concern was unfounded.

The shirt is polyester NOT cotton\linen.
The buttons are on the wrong side making it difficult to fasten.
"Long sleeves" only come half way between my wrist and my elbow (I'm only 6 feet fall and don't have unusually long arms)
I normally take an XL shirt. This was 2XL and was tight round the chest and under my arms. The sizing is wrong\unreliable.
I would advise anyone to avoid this product. Total waste of money!!!!

Terrible service not replying to emails on where to return items clothes are terrible

Weeks to arrive. No response to emails. Incredibly poor quality shirt that buttoned the wrong side for a man. Incorrect sizing too. Avoid at all costs!

Placed an order and, with 2 weeks and no sign of a delivery, emailed the company asking for an expected delivery date. Response - please be patient and understanding at this time. No response to a further email.

‘Linen’ shirt is 65% polyester
Ordered a linen shirt which is actually made of polyester. The finish is poor but worst of all the buttons are fixed on the left hand side of the shirt. In 60 years I have never bought a shirt with buttons sewn onto the wrong side - which makes it near impossible to do up. The quality is abysmal.

Ordered a dress from this company 6 and half weeks ago! Still not arrived. They don't answer any of your emails or messages. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
I won't give up though and will continue to contact them until I at least get the dress or a refund.
They even had the audacity to send me an email to review my order! Seriously....

This company is awful. First the item took much longer than suggested to arrive, over 2 weeks. When I emailed to ask when it would arrive there was no reply. When the item (interactive sucker game) finally arrived it didn’t work and it didn’t even come in a box, no instructions, no branding. I have no idea who even makes the product to give them a bad review. A complete waste of £20. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

At best the ad for daughter/ granddaughter necklaces is ambiguous. We ordered 4 thinking 2 for our daughters and two for our granddaughters -4 EXACTLY THE SAME ARRIVED and in retrospect we now understand there is actually no distinction in the actual necklaces BUT ONLY ONE SINGLE WORD “FOREVER “ is on the granddaughter CARD but omitted from the daughter card. Only rated 1star since no lower option existed but we want to warn others . Very, very disappointing.

AWFUL experience ordered 2 items a month ago still haven’t arrived. Emailed three times no response. Wish I’d seen these reviews before. Christmas presents haven’t arrived
