I thought I would report back about my experience with this company. I stood my ground and got results. They refunded my money in full. So if like me you have a problem stand your groud and don't give in it pays off. Company's must give proper service to all there customers. They must also tell tge truth about there goods they are selling. The fashion trade need to look at the country's they are selling to and to proper sizing. Women in Europe are much larger than in China or India..Facebook also have to look at these company's selling as there is a lot
dodgy companys trading in facebook .

They do not send the product that they advertise! It’s all a scam and cheap quality

Ordered a cardigan with faux fur collar on the 7th oct 2022 arrived 20th oct 2022 lovely item.but there is a problem the fur is coming off (moulting) not sure if this wil
settle down I'm hoping so because I love the cardigan

Absolute crap, if possible get you money back, although the chances are probably minus one.... Do not buy from them.

DO NOT USE !!! Ordered a shirt that was way too small and made of a horrid cheap material.
I have asked for a returns label but don't hold out much hope. £24.95 down the drain....my fault, I should have done a bit more research. Thanks a bloody lot Facebook

Paid for a shirt after seeing advert on FB, e mailed on several occasions no response. Don't go anywhere near this company.

Scam company facilitated by Facebook.
They will take your money and won't send the order.
No replies to emails
Stay well clear and report any adverts as scam.

Made an order 6 Sep 22 now 27 Sep no sign of goods

Wish to God I'd seen these reviews before ordering from this company. Order placed on 7th Sept. and email confirmation received same day stating order being prepared for shipping. Heard nothing since. Have emailed them twice this week asking for an update but no reply.
**Update**
Order finally delivered to me today - 10th October - (more than a month after placing the order) and the shirt bears absolutely no resemblance to the one they had advertised on Facebook. If this had been a UK based company I would demand a replacement or a refund but I feel it would not be worth all the hassle of trying to arrange this with a company in China who do not even respond to emails! Every day is school day.
AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ALL COSTS!

Purchased 2 dresses which were poor quality luluwin returns states to contact them for correct returns address, I have emailed them three times and still had no response, looks like another scam site 😡

I have placed two orders with them. The first did arrive and I am more than happy with my purchase. Hence my second order, and this is where the problem started. In short they have delivered to another address. I have emailed them 3 times over 6 days with no reply. I now fear that my monies have gone and I will not receive my goods....I will not use them again....

Unfortunately agree this company is a scam and I have contacted fraud teams to
Investigate and prosecute!!

Do not order from them the tracking number is non Uk it’s in Chinese hint scam !!!

Why does FACEBOOK allow these villains to advertise. Why does PayPal enable them to process payments.

They are not a uk company.
They do not provide quality products.

I am awaiting a refund for the 'popular' short dress.

I placed and paid for an item 4 weeks ago, took my money immediately, had an email confirming order within seconds. However not heard anything since, unable to contact them. Basically lost £40. Avoid at all costs. Should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook!!!!

Item is awful quality

I bought three shirts in early June. No delivery dates given. They didn’t arrive until end of July. There were no washing instructions on the shirts so I washed them on a cotton wash. The shirt size was large, they came out of the wash shrunk by about 2 inches so the no longer fit. I paid £19.99 for each shirt which is now wasted. I contacted Luluwin about this a week ago and have heard nothing. Absolutely disgusted. Extremely poor customer service. Don’t be fooled into buying clothes from them, the’re NOT high quality as advertised

Avoid this company at all costs. This is not a UK based company. All goods are shipped directly from China. The quality of the products I received were terrible. I purchased 3 shirts from them (thinking it was a UK company). What I received was tailored to fit hobbits. 3XL shirts that would fit an 8 year old child. When I complained the UK website did not respond. Having paid by PayPal I complained via this platform. They then tried to say they could not accept returns due to COVID-19 (totally against their return policy). I have now left this with PayPal to escalate. Very dishonest company. Normally I have NO issues with Chinese companies but this one is trying to rob people with poor quality merchandise and excuses.
UPDATE: Via PayPal these clowns offered initially 50% back due to COVID. I argued I wanted 100%. They counter offered 70%. I argued 100% then escalated. It was clear these clowns were playing. PayPal now awarded me the full 100%. Case closed. I now have three dusters spare! :)

Do not use this company. Their clothing was 3-4 sizes smaller than advertised. The size chart on the website is totally different to the size of the clothes sent.
