Betrug und Abzocke
Auch ich habe eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Abzocke mit Köder auf Instagram. Dann zahlt man für das Ergebnis des ausgefüllten Tests 0.99$ und dann werden weitere Beträge abgezogen, die man gar nicht bestätigt hat. Habe die App geöffnet, gesehen, dass es gar keinen einzigen Fashiontipp oder ähnliches gibt, sondern dass ich mir nur den Zugang zu weiteren, sehr teuren Services „erkauft“ habe. Wollte sofort auf Paypal den Käuferschutz einfordern, gab aber nur den Hinweis, man solle ich direkt per Mail an die Firma Lumi wenden. Die haben mir dann versichert, dass sie keine weiteren Geldbeträge mehr von meinem Konto abbuchen werden. Die 17.97$ die sie mir abgebucht haben, würde ich nur zu 50% zurückbekommen, und nur aus Kulanz, da es nicht vorgesehen ist in ihren Geschäftsbedingungen. Ich kann nur sagen: es ist Betrug! Lasst die Finger davon!

Scam und Betrug: nachdem man 3 Tage Testperiode für 99cent gebucht hat, werden unmittelbar danach 35€ als Abo-Gebühr abgebucht, denen man nie zugestimmt hat. Vermutlich sehr "geschickt" im Kleingedruckten versteckt.
Weder bekommt man eine Mail mit dem abgeschlossen Abo noch gibt es eine offensichtliche Möglichkeit dieses Betrugsabo zu widerrufen oder zu kündigen.
Wie hier zu lesen, kommt immer die gleiche (etwas unterschiedlich formuliert) Standardantwort.
Nahezu alle positiven Bewertungen, sind von Personen mit einer Bewertung mit ähnlichen Formulierungen. Offenbar gekauft.
Betrugsanzeige wird gestellt und Apple informiert.

Über Instagram schnell einen "Style-Check" gemacht. Für das Ergebnis sollte man 0,99 $ per Paypal auslösen. Ja ok kann man mal machen. Dummerweise hatten sie dann meine Paypal-Daten und innerhalb weniger Tage wurden 25,99 $ abgebucht angeblich hab ich ein abo gebucht dass monatlich soviel kostet. Davon habe ich gar nichts mitbekommen und nirgends gelesen obwohl ich schon skeptisch war. Ich hatte nichtmal die app geladen und die "Styleberatung" ist abgebrochen...
Es ist schlichtweg Betrug.

Über Instagram einen "Style-Check" gemacht. Für das Ergebnis sollte man 0,99 $ per Paypal auslösen. Habe ich gemacht. Als ich dann für die Einsicht in das "Ergebnis" eine App laden sollte war ich raus. Dummerweise hatte man nun meine Paypal-Daten und innerhalb weniger Tage wurden 34,99 $ abgebucht. Ohne dass ich irgendetwas abgeschlossen oder auch nur die App geladen hatte.
Es ist schlichtweg Betrug.
