I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience honestly left me frustrated enough that i feel obliged to speak up,

I Joined lunar Astro with high expectations. The pricing is extremely high, which naturally makes you assume you’re getting something advanced, exclusive, and genuinely valuable. That assumption turned out to be wrong. A lot of the content felt basic and, frankly, no different from what you can find online for free or at a fraction of the cost. There was nothing in the course that justified the premium price tag.

What made it worse was the teaching approach. Whenever I tried to ask questions or get clarity, the responses felt dismissive and sometimes outright rude. Instead of encouraging curiosity, the environment felt closed off—like questioning anything was unwelcome. That’s not how a proper learning space should function.

Another major issue is the lack of real-world value. The certificate you receive at the end doesn’t seem to carry any weight professionally or academically. If you’re investing this kind of money hoping it will help you build something credible, think twice.

There are also inconsistencies in how the brand and its founder are presented. The marketing leans heavily on claims of long-standing astrological lineage and highly technical expertise. But when you look into publicly available information, it doesn’t quite align. That gap raises serious questions about transparency.

On top of that, the marketing itself feels emotionally manipulative. Personal struggles and transformation stories are used in a way that can strongly influence people who are already vulnerable, making it seem like these expensive courses are the solution. That doesn’t sit right.

At the end of the day, I spent a significant amount of money and got very little in return. Financially and emotionally, it’s been a disappointing experience.

If you’re considering this, do your research. There are plenty of solid, affordable (or even free) resources out there that offer equal—or better—value. Don’t get pulled in by the branding alone.

This is just my personal experience, but it's one i wish i had heard before making the decision.

I booked four family Consultations with Lunar Astro after seeing high online visibility and Deepanshu Giri Videos on YouTube.

Unfortunately, after spending 50,000, I realized that the consultations were not conducted by Deepanshu Giri personally, but by people who seemed inexperienced and unprofessional.

The advice was generic, sometimes contradictory, and did not reflect the level of expertise advertised in their videos and online presence.

Looking deeper, I noticed that many users online have similar concerns, searching for terms like “lunar astro scam”, “lunar astro complaints”, and “lunar astro review truth.”

The high marketing visibility created a sense of trust, but the actual service delivery was disappointing.

The worst part was that there is simply a big NO to Refund. They said they don't Refund.

I tried contacting Deepanshu Giri but I was blocked.

I am writing this to share my genuine consumer experience so others can make an informed decision before spending their hard earned money. i initially had high hopes after watching Deepanshu giri youtube videos, but my actual experience was deeply frustrating and financially draining. First. i booked a premium consultation. I paid a huge amount of over 8000 expecting expert guidance. instead i experienced a complete bait-and-switch i was assigned to an inexperienced unprofessional proxy student ( Astrologe rcode 5007). the 30 minute reading was so general highly negative and focused on fear and past life karma. the other things were that he can say whatever he wanted to say about my past karma like how i can check whether it is true or not so i felt like he is making up stories. nothing important about current situations or future was clearly discussed.

I started looking deeper into deeper into their academy, wondering are expensive astro courses worth it? Unfortunately, I discovered that the syllabus operates exactly like a lunar astro deceptive course. You pay a high entry fee, but they don't warn you about the massive hidden costs in online astrology courses—you are constantly pressured to buy their proprietary software and expensive "remedies" just to understand the material.

At the end of the day, you spend thousands just to receive what essentially is a fake manipulated past life stories that cannot help you in this current situation.
If you look past the heavily moderated pages and read independent lunar astro course reviews and complaints on other forums, you will see my story is not unique.

I feel completely let down, and it breaks my heart to see this operating like the other astrology course scams online.

Please do your own independent research and protect your wallet.

If you look up Lunar Astro, you'll see a pristine 4.9-star rating. But if you dig deeper, a darker picture emerges. Our watchdog group investigated how they maintain this score:

Domain Flooding: They own multiple domains to push negative reviews off the first page of Google.
The Troll Farm: They use a network of proxy student accounts to flood Quora and Trustpilot with 5-star reviews to drown out the 1-star complaints.
Intimidation: When real users post complaints about losing money, these proxy accounts threaten them with "cyber cell tracking" and police action to force them to delete the review.
Always check independent sites like MouthShut, and sort by "Lowest Rated" to see the actual consumer experiences. Don't fall for the manufactured hype!

I have taken multiple consultation from lunar astro they are accurate. Also courses are very valuable.
Highly recommend.

Consultations and Courses are great - no one in Jyotish is doing what Lunar Astro is pursuing.

Despite of taking so much money ..person was not interested in telling anything..just general information which u also now read online about planets and get to know through chatgpt. Total waste of money

Had an excellent consultation with Lunar Astro, guided by LA5013. The insights were clear, deeply accurate, and delivered with great clarity, leaving me with a confident roadmap ahead. Remarkable and enriching experience.

Took consultation thinking Deepanshu will do analysis. Shocked he uses students to do our analysis and charges 5k. Total waste and substandard. Asked for refund as i dont want to pay some chintu in UP doing nonsense analysis and take 5k rs. They blocked me.

I just took a consultation from lunar Astro from astrologer code 5007- the worst ever consultation I ever had. I was intrigued by lunar Astro due to Deepanshu Giri, the knowledge and aura he has created for himself is really amazing,unfortunately it doesn’t go with astrologers he has on his panel. Took a financial and career consultation with #5007. It was done with little to no interest from his side, the questions I asked got a very vague answer and very vague response from his side. The amount that was charged for a 30 min consultation is enormous in contrast with the service I got, it was not really helpful, created a or gave me messages that is not really pleasing and satisfactory. I would refrain from consulting lunar Astro again. Although really respect and admire Deepanshu sir, but unfortunately the idea or anticipation I had regarding a brief in-depth consultation and guidance wasn’t given to me. I would ask the management or whoever is responsible to take some accountability and actually act on it, charging so much money and then not providing or doing your work accordingly won’t make you go far. After 25 years I came in contact with my school friends, who were never in touch after school.I was doing jupiter remedy from last 9 months (and one more month is inprogres)as per placement in cart as suggested by Deepanshu sir in youtube lectures.
