This site and people are two scamm.. they are just fooling you by promissing personalised kundli. theres no astrologer who is reviewing checking ai generated kundli report . so far they have provided 2 differnt kundlis to me which are AI generated not aligning not with me . and i suggest not to waste money. the best way just download astrosage or astrotalk. application . one more the application they have asked to download that apps content is not matching with document they have provided.

Some reports were missing when I purchased the 5-in-1 premium report, and it took a while to arrive. I tried contacting a couple of times via WhatsApp at first but that my issue did not get resolved. I ordered personalized kundali for myself from the website.
Firstly, I didn’t receive it within the time limit mentioned of 3 days . I myself reached out to them then they sent it but when I checked the past life details they were all completely wrong.
It was all contradictory and too many gemstones, pooja remedies were given and just too many bad things were written.
I have totally disappointing experience since that was not at all personalized kundali and my money is wasted. Would not recommend this to anyone.
My request would be from the team that if you cannot provide good services please don’t play with customers emotions as if someone is contacting you is to get guidance in their life, so that they could overcome them in a better way.

I have paid for about 18 courses and 7 different pujas until now.

The courses are on the expensive side, but in some cases, the quality of content justifies the cost.
Arun Panditji’s teaching style is highly engaging, and learning feels enjoyable and immersive. One genuinely develops a deep interest in the subject. The remedies shared during the sessions are practical and relevant for modern-day (Kalyuga) challenges.
⭐ Pricing: 2/5
Some courses are significantly expensive and may be more suitable for NRIs. For many Indian participants, affordability can be a serious concern. I sincerely wish there were special pricing or concessions for regular and committed students, as this would encourage continued learning and deeper participation. Greater pricing flexibility or tiered options would make the programs more accessible.
⭐ Meditation Programs: 5/5
The courses conducted by Shilpiaaji are intriguing. What I appreciate most is the 5 AM meditation program priced at ₹111 per month. It feels like a sincere initiative to give back to society and promote collective spiritual growth.
⭐Puja & Sadhanas : Conducted by Ms Shilpiaaji : 3/5
I genuinely value the Sadhanas; however, the structure in the past was quite weak. Certain lady participants dominated the sessions with excessive praise and personal attention-seeking, which disrupted the flow. Q&A sessions would overtake the Sadhana time itself. I recall occasions when my children waited nearly an hour for the actual practice to begin.
That said, I have noticed improvement recently. Greater priority is now given to the Sadhana itself, and Q&A sessions are conducted separately, respecting participants’ time.
⭐ Puja Services: 1/5
This has been my most disappointing experience.
I conducted five different pujas in 2025, yet for each one, I was repeatedly sent the same yantras. I now have three Shani yantras and two Brihaspati yantras at home.
When I raised the concern with the astrologer from AstroArun Pandit Puja Services, I was advised to dispose of the extra yantras in a river. This response felt dismissive and lacked accountability. I expected greater transparency, customization, and professionalism in the service.

I am quite disappointed with the lack…
I am quite disappointed with the lack of response from the team. I contacted them almost two months ago regarding a consultation remedy suggested by OM, but I never received a reply to some of my pending questions.
I also purchased a Rudraksh, and on one occasion it left a colour mark. I informed the team about this issue. Two months ago, I was asked to share a video, but as I was unable to make a video, I shared clear photos instead. Unfortunately, there has been no response since then.
I was advised to start water therapy, but I am still waiting for proper guidance to begin, as I have not received any revert despite following up multiple times.
Overall, the experience has been very disappointing due to poor communication and lack of support after purchase. I hope the team improves their responsiveness and customer service.

Money Taken, No Service, Misleading Promises and No Human Support After Payment.
I paid on 30/12/2025 for a personalised report and consultation call. Report received is generic despite providing date of birth, time. Call was arranged for 1/1/2026 at 11am. Received an email and WhatsApp message from Madhubala with details about the call. I kept waiting and no one call. Called the customer support number and no one answered. The WhatsApp number is a robot. I have been cheated and my money is deducted but I have not received what I paid for. Astro Arun Pandit should be ashamed of himself. He created his YouTube channel and goes on podcast shows to show the world he is very knowledgeable and we can trust him. He has created a company smartly, where they extract money from you and then there is no way to contact them or speak to a human. If it helps even one person then please save your money. He is no different to a road side astrologer. Maybe a road side astrologer doesn’t get invited on podcast shows and has created a website to extract money from people.

Unprofessional Customer service
I paid for Personalized Kundali Report, the money was debited saying that report will be available in 5 days. I got no report after 7 days, so I contacted customer support, they informed that they did not receive the details due to technical issue, to which they never bothered to contact in those prior 7 days. Anyways, I provided my information, to which they said they will get back with a report in next 24 hours. To no surprise, no report was received, not even acknowledgement that they have received the details. Till now I am waiting for that report.

What I received was not a personalized…
What I received was not a personalized consultation, but a response that is word-for-word identical to what ChatGPT generates when the same details are entered.
There was no evidence of any independent horoscope analysis, planetary interpretation, or professional judgment. This strongly indicates that a pre-generated AI response was copied and pasted and sold as a paid service.
Please note that under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), providing misleading services or misrepresenting the nature of a paid offering constitutes an “unfair trade practice” and a “deficiency in service.” Charging for a professional consultation while delivering automated content raises serious consumer protection concerns.
If this is your standard practice, it should be disclosed clearly before accepting payment. Selling AI-generated responses as expert astrology is deceptive.
I am documenting this experience and reserving the right to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
