This company is an absolute joke it’s impossible to get through to anyone at all. I’ve had to pay out £3,000 for a brand new gearbox, yet neither they, my finance provider, nor the garage I bought the car from are willing to do anything to help resolve this. My warranty still hasn’t been cancelled either, as I’m being told I have to go through Luv Car Loans to arrange that.

I’ve received terrible service and I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve sent emails and made phone calls, but I’ve had no response whatsoever. All I’m asking is for someone to get in touch with me the car was clearly not fit for purpose in the first place. I am thoroughly let down by this whole experience.

The one fault was the £199 dealers fee, spoke to the dealer and he does not charge a fee. Luv cars charged the dealer which he then passed it back so he would not be out of pocket.

Great service. Really friendly advisors. Listened to exactly what I wanted and within a price range I could afford. Amazing car from a great dealership. The car was even delivered within a couple of hours!

It's was OK, I paid to dealers , through luv ,they saidcthe money was refundable and the two garage still have my deposits, I can't seem to get them , I really think luv should refunded them and they can fight for the money back , buy other an my rant they finally got me a good garage , and I have my car now , but be aware of paying a deposit to garages , and if you get sales advisor called kyle that man went above and beyond , they should be happy to have him working there .

Terrible customer service very rude , Scott was good though but the other children I spoke to were rude and useless

Really helpful, easy to use, helped secure a car, with a better deal, after 1st one fell through, as Garage double sold it.

Good communication and kept us informed as to what was happening.

Initial call and finding a vehicle was great couldn’t fault it , but getting them to pay for the vehicle was terrible sat at the dealership almost 3 hours waiting for them to pay out so I could leave to go home to collect my children from school, back and forth calls in this period as they initially told me 15-20 mins for it to be paid , I waited , dealers getting frustrated with me at this point , he’s calling , I’m calling they say they did it , 2 hours later they txt saying they had paid it , we waited , another 40 mins later they then said there was an issue with paperwork as i didn’t say the right amount , so back to dealer to speak to him to Change it , but in the meantime I get a call saying all paid tell the dealer this was 3 hours later after the initial first contact with this company to pay out

The staff I spoke with were very friendly and polite, they made the search for a car fairly easy.

A few hiccups along the way more so a mix of all parties involved but they got the deal done and was incredibly apologetic for the miss understanding.
