This was my first time using made to measure and it was a very pleasant experience. The process was simple and straightforward. The trousers were very nice and stylish. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely superb quality. The trousers I ordered fitted like a glove. Beautifully cut and tailored in fine quality cloth, with superb detail. I am a very fussy customer but I could not have been more delighted with the result!!!! First class tailoring!!!

Received pants in a totally wrong size, sent them pictures of the pants i had measured twice, no response since May. Never again, lesson learned. Order #69346

From the beginning, the Luxire team has been friendly, communication has been smooth, and they have made sure that my expectations are met.

As for the quality of the fabric and the tailoring, I give it a 10. They have taken into account every detail I specified (A pair of 1940s style trousers is not easy to make). I recommend them, and if I were ever interested in ordering other trousers, I would do so with Luxire.

I ordered on April 16 and after one day it was at Fabric Prep. After two weeks its status was unchanged so I wrote to them. They replied that it would be shipped by the end of the week. That was last week and today is June 2nd. The status has not changed and I have no idea whether I will ever see my order.

Update June 24. The trousers arrived a week or so ago. They look to be ok, but due to my error in measuring they are too tight. I will see whether a local tailor can let them out.

Have yet to receive shipment details after I ordered 8 days ago

Excellent quality flannel, thick and warm but also soft. A lovely shade of grey, a real autumn / winter classic. Fit was as expected with my measurements. Will certainly buy again.

I am a bigger guy, but with a smaller neck. Ever since I can remember I have had to make a choice when buying a dress shirt. Shirts ordered with in the right neck size were too tight, and shirts that fit my waist had a huge neck. Luxire fixed that, so I can order the shirt that fits my neck but still is roomy enough in the body to be comfortable. Thank you Luxire

I've been a customer of Luxire for many years. The quality has always been very good. Fabric selection is decent for my taste and prices have been reasonable if not the best among their competitor. I like the new website feature to save the measurements and styles. It's not shiny but just functional enough for me. I hope they keep up with their strategy and focus on the things they've been doing well.

I was a bit worried at first but fear not, Luxire is not only legitimate but also they deliver a very good product. I ordered a few Gurkha pants and some regular ones. My favorite are the gurkha's which I wear all summer long. One comment, it may take a bit of time to get the order done, be patient it's worth the wait!

Overall great high value products and quick responses from the support when it comes to adjustments from first trousers to second trousers. Shipping times can take a bit but that’s to be expected and, as mentioned, you can always reach out to customer support.

Ordered a pair of MTM trousers that came in too narrow in the legs. After multiple emails asking for suggestions to measurement alterations so I could order another pair, I was met with no response.
They only care for your money and there is no after sale support.

I asked for some customization that I forgot to mention in order! And wonderful Luxire team helped me, and order was done extremely good, i am very very pleased !
