I have placed eight orders so far with Luxire for shirts and trousers. They offer the most detailed sizing and styling options I have encountered with a MTM service, their customer service is accommodating and responsive, their prices are very reasonable, and I have yet to encounter any serious quality issues with their product. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for an accessible, quality MTM service.

Luxire provide an affordable product but an horrendous customer service experience. They are inordinately slow and disjointed in responding to customer issues and have all but ghosted me after a terrible experience with a recent purchase. I am pretty furious with how I am being treated but nobody at luxire will respond or escalate the issue

Luxire.com is a reliable tailoring service. They stricly follow provided measurements and do excellent crafting up to expectation.

I have been a customer of Luxire for over five years. Their quality is unsurpassed by any of the other off-the-rack or MTM services I have ever used. The selection of different fabrics is huge, and the styling options can be customed down to the last detail. Luxire has also executed totally custom projects for me in the past, all of which have turned out excellent.

In addition, they provide easy instructions for measuring, and their finished garments are always made exactly as instructed and true to the provided measurements. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luxire to everyone interested in custom garments, none can surpass their quality.

I have ordered multiple shirts on Luxire. Made-to-measure and fully customised. I appreciate that the methods to specify measurements are well described and complete. The customisation options are numerous. You can chose between a LOT of collars style, plackets, cuffs, darts, yoke, etc... And for most of the options you can even customise them by specifying different measurements and sub-options. When I receive the shirts I was truly happy to notice that all measurements have been observed precisely. Luxire is the perfect option for ordering shirts that you can't find off the rack, whether it is for the style or for the measurements.

With regard to the product itself, I was happy with the wear and customization option! On top of that, I needed to adjust my order, and customer service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Would highly recommend their clothes, but do know that knowing how to determine your own measurements is crucial.

Horrible experience...
They have a terrible return policy. They will only credit your return you have to use the dollar value on something different. I literally have submitted atleast 8 PLUS options for replacement and they are always out of stock, even when i look online and it doesnt show sold out. This has been a nightmare. One of my replacements ,the wrong size was sent and I HAD to pay for the exchange!! I am still trying to use the remainder of my funds.. this is STILL on going.....grrrrr

We had some odd requests about our pants and the team at Luxire was great about communicating with us. The pants turned out JUST the way we wanted them. Great fabric. Excellent quality workmanship. We ordered 7 more pairs!

I had been looking for high waisted pleated pants. Surprisingly there were not that many options. Luckily I found Luxire. I have been over joyed with their products. The quality is perfection. What has really sold me on Luxire is their customer service. They really have gone beyond to make sure I was thrilled with their clothing.

Excellent bespoke jacket copying a pattern from a jacket I sent over to them, beautiful Milanese buttonhole. My tailor in London thought was very impressed with Luxire's handiwork.

Customer service is excellent. Very quick replies and helpful. The product itself is incredibly well made, with handwork if desired and a lot of flexibility regarding styling. I gave them a pair of trousers to copy and think their copy was better than the sample I have sent them. Paid 1/6 of what the bespoke product was.

Overall the quality of the fabric and tailoring is exceptional. I have bought possibly 7 pairs of trousers since I found Luxire and the product is great. The communication between to the company and myself has also been stellar

Got a pair of MTM khaki high-waisted pleated khaki cotton twill pants. They're really beautiful and high quality and they fit perfectly. They were shipped to Canada within about 2 weeks of purchase. I'll definitely be ordering from Luxire again.

I ordered a waist-size about 1" less than my true waist size, Luxire appears to have a small vanity sizing allowance; my waist is 38" and the pants in size 37 fit exactly as I wanted.

Luxire has a great range of fabrics and style options to make clothes that are fantastic and completely individual. I would highly recommend someone who is looking to up their wardrobe to check them out. They also have very responsive customer service.

Great material for all but the warmest days. Color is as depicted online; I like the tight stripes. Designed my first popover with extra room in the middle/arm holes, and it turned out slightly tight but acceptable. Very satisfied with the popover look and this fabric for cooler summer nights well into spring and fall. Thinking about linen popover next for sailing/summer dances.

Long time customer. Great craftsmanship, great support and very flexible to personal requests. It takes a few tries to tune in fit, but the fit is very consistent across multiple garments on the same pattern.

Horrid. The person who answered the telephone was simply rude. I have never been spoken to like this by any associate, even in high-end stores that are known to be ugly to patrons deemed unfitting. This will be the first and last time I have anything to do with group.
