Great customer service team! Professional and patient. Big up to LYPHE!!! A very cool experience on speaking and being helped by Lyphe.

I’ve been with this clinic since 2020 & really only have positives to say. Very communicative, formulary is straightforward and plentiful and the service is competitively priced too.
The highlight though, are the individuals who make the company. Every member of staff so far have been attentive, understanding and willing to bend over backwards to help their patients.

You’re in good hands with Lyphe. 11/10!

I have been with Lyphe Clinic for a few years now. Their services have been, and still are, nothing less than truly wonderful, very professional and knowledgable. Lyphe knows their clients on their personal level, it feels like somebody really cares about, what makes us happy, healthy and supports continuously healing environment.

Had been with Lyphe clinic approximately 2 yrs, have mostly found staff at both clinic and pharmacy to be polite helpful and in recent communication with the clinic, I found Lauren (patient coordinator),what a star !⭐ solved issues and did not give up, a wonderful asset to any organisation.

Now your probably reading had been a patient well this it the other side of LYPHE,
Very limited choice of availability
Delays in medication being prescribed and dispatched
Lots of out of stock issues resulting in re written prescriptions
Doctors very limited to what they will prescribe
These are just a few issues I am sure I could expand!

So as for Lyphe what started for me a wonderful simple process steadily degraded to an absolute nightmare,

So the staff are good Maisy I think and will brilliant phone manner enjoy speaking with them but some of the products are sub quality and there is no recourse to put this right but as a whole your service is speedy and helpful I personally thank the staff for trying to make my experience pleasant thankyou
