I paid for the domain renewal on 3rd April, on 29th April my domain was taken down and I keep hearing for 4 days that they are in the renewal process and no ETA given or details on why service was down though it was paid a month in advance. It is terrible to be in this state as a customer as my business is impacted by this issue!

Always provide proper solution and hear the problem from clients and doing the needful professionally.

m2host tech support is normally pretty good, but gregory anderson is super a1 at explaining how to fix issues with website back end settings.
