I registered at H2host from 2012 until now.
I feel good from M2host especially Service and Chart Support.
And I just chart with Gregorya and all staff are working good.

M2host provide good hosting plan and good communication.

It was an excellent response and the problem was resolved by Jamie within minutes. My php pages weren't working and I had been trying to fix that issue for over 5 days. I sent the service request at there website and within minutes I was told that the web page issue was working and resolved.

I just had issues with my server and support at m2host called Ivy Long assisted me in less than 5minutes.
i've been working with them for the past 10years and their support is what makes me stay with them all the time because ass soon as i have a problem i get solutions without delays. There can't be anything better than this for such a company.

They were good in customer support a few years back. But now they have become money hungry support. They have started denying the assistance they usually did earlier. They now tend to ask for money for these services.

I have had a problem almost every year with domain name renewal through M2Host. They email me the domain will auto renew yet it does not and I lose my website for one to a couple of days before the problem is solved. After each incidence I am assured it will not happen again, yet it does. Today I sit here with no website so far for at least 5 hours and Live Chat says it will be another 6 hours (at least) before the domain is renewed.

Great customer care. Impeccable service. Highly recommend to others.
