I’ve bought a lot of nail colours / tools / tech accessories over the last 3 years and I have to say that madam glam are my absolute go to, not just for quality uv gel polishes but also for tools, ideas and advice. The uv gel polish is such good quality, no steak, good pigment and sets so smooth. I’m regularly offered money off vouchers. Customer service is really responsive and genuinely I’ve felt the customer experience is just as important than the sale.

I have wanted to try these gels since I lived in Spain but there it was not very easy to buy them and when I arrived in the United States I have been able to buy and try it, now if I can give an opinion and they are very good I like their pigmentation it also meets the safety requirements. I will continue using them and as a suggestion it would be great if they updated the brushes I think a little thinner and more flexible they are more comfortable

Package is stuck on the way, never arrived
I placed an order with them on July 18th—two and a half months ago. The package got stuck somewhere during shipping and apparently never reached my country; I don't know for sure because when I emailed Madame Glam, I received vague and inaccurate answers regarding the package's location. They also refused to take the matter up with the shipping company (DHL), claiming I had to wait another 50 days before an inquiry could even be initiated. Waiting nearly 100 days for nail polish is absolutely ridiculous. I have no way to contact the shipping company myself. It’s baffling what they’re thinking; this is no way to provide service, especially when you promise delivery within three weeks. I am disappointed and do not recommend them.

Se me pelaron los dedos horrible, he inflamacion busque varias opciones y pues no esto me duro 4 años Hasta q encontré a Madam glam 😍primero probé con 5 barnices y OH SORPRESA no tube reaccion alguna pero tube otro problema q los mandaban a mexico y aqui los de la aduana todo se roban. Los 2 primeros envíos si LLEGARON POR Q ERAN POCOS BARNICES pero ya los demas NO. Me contacte con ellos por correo y fueron 4 envíos q ya no me llegaron yo crei q pues el dinero estaba ya perdido pero super amable JANE me ayudo con todo esto yo no queria el dinero pues me enamore de los productos por q no me hacían alergiay tienen unos lindos colores. Total q ese proceso de pedir y no llegaban duro 3 años pero NO por culpa de Madam Glam. Sino por la aduana. Y Pues encontré como traerlos a mexico y me reembolsaron en producto todo el dinero q gaste y eso era lo q yo queria. Ya los tengo aqui conmigo mis barnices y tengo una HERMOSA COLECCION. No refund has been given. They stopped communicating with me and only did after I sent this review, made a complaint with the BBB and filed a chargeback. Their response is BS.
If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased almost $400 worth of gel polish. Upon using it I had a reaction. Itching, burning and swollen cuticles. I reached out to them and it took weeks for them to even say I could return the product. Finally I was told I could. Sent it back on 4/10/26 and was received by them on 4/13/26. Now we sit at 5/15/26 and I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve contacted support several times. Keep giving me the run around and asked me to be patient. Finally I asked what the hold up was and they said even though it shows delivered the package can’t be located on their warehouse. Like it’s my problem their system or employee failed. Now they just stopped communicating with me all together. They claimed to escalate the return to management almost 2 weeks ago. Still no results. I would never purchase or recommend this company to anyone.
