Oh man where do I start
Oh man where do I start? I couldn't be happier. I have been using MagBak since 2024 and whenever I change my phone, its always the first choice of case. I mean, if you own one of MagBak's cases, you'll never have to replace it with another case brand. Their cases are perfect like for daily use. Also, the customer service is spectacular! They take care of their customers really well. Thank you MagBak for protecting our phone.

Great Case & Great Customer Support!
I don't normally leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been really good so I feel inclined to this time.
Recently I ordered a MagBak case for my S26 ultra. Turns out, they accidentally sent me an old model that isn't compatible with the S-Pen. I emailed them about it, and they responded really quickly and said they would ship me another, no questions asked. I got my replacement a few days after that and it works great with the S-Pen. Usually my experience with customer support is a really negative one, but that wasn't the case with MagBak.
As for the case itself, it's almost perfect. I like the feel and the customizability. It also has a lot of features that no other cases have. My ONLY complaint is that the holes for the two smaller camera lenses aren't big enough to fit camera lens protectors. This wasn't a big problem though; I rolled up some sand paper and twisted it in the holes until they were wide enough for camera lens protectors. Other than that, this is the perfect case for me and by far the best one I've ever owned.

Really glad we were able to get that mix-up sorted quickly and get you a case that works properly with the S-Pen. That’s how it should be, no back-and-forth headaches.
Also appreciate the honest feedback on the camera cutouts. Just to share a bit of context, the case is actually designed to offer protection to the two small camera lenses as-is, which is why the cutouts are more precise. That said, I have to give you credit, your DIY sanding solution is pretty creative (not officially endorsed, but definitely impressive 😄). Feedback like this is super helpful for our product team as we keep improving future designs.

I got the Galaxy S25 ultra case, and it's the best case I've ever owned!!! The Quality of build is amazing, the pinky pillow is an awesome touch, you never knew u NEEDED. The screen protector installation is flawless, as well as the lens protector's. I also got a wireless,charging, car mount from them, that is really great too. The customer support...... Dude sends u a personal thank you email, when u purchase..... I had a slight shipping damage issue, and they were quick to get a replacement out to me, no questions asked. They believe in their product, and it shows! You can't go wrong... The case is rock solid!

I had an issue with my phone case and customer service handled the replacement without any problems. That being said, this is by far the best case I’ve owned. It protects my phone well…I’ve dropped it getting out of my truck several times and haven’t had a single crack. Thank you for the great product and excellent customer service, always on point.

Wonderful company! Great phone case, great quality. Haven't had any problems at all with the case. Easy to use screen protecter as well. The fact that you can mix and match the accessories on it makes it super fun too! Best part about MagBak is their customer service! I lost the pinky piece on the case and they got back to me in a very timely manner and are sending me a replacement with 0 questions asked.

I bought my second Magbak case
I bought my second Magbak case, and there's a reason why this is my second case. It's the best. I've dropped the case a couple times, and my phone is still in perfect condition. So if you want slim protection, this case is for you. Also, the ability to attach this case to any metal surface comes in handy in so many situations you wouldn't even realize until you actually own it. At the gym, on the stove overhead while cooking, on the fridge etc etc... and not to mention the case just aesthetically looks very sleek and cool, and the feel in hand is very nice with that mild rubbery texture for a little extra grip. If you're on the face about buying a phone case from Magbak, get off the fence and just buy one and see for yourself. Don't trust my word, just buy it and trust your own judgement.

Best phone case ever!
I’ve had Magbak cases on three different iPhones now, and I won’t switch to anything else. I use my phone every day around the farm, and this case just makes life easier. The built-in magnets are incredibly strong. I can slap my phone right onto the frame of a tractor or inside the cab and it stays put. No need for bulky phone holders or mounts on the windows. It’s reliable, and built for real world use. If you’re working in equipment or on the go a lot, this case is a game changer.

i have bought no less than three of every MagBak case from Day one. My entire family has adopted the strong magnetts in the carr, house, nightstand pretty much ebery where and all over.
MagBack just works anywhere we need it. Mirror on back of locker in middle school. mag back stuck to the locker using front camera. solved. flashlight under the car...magnet...check. video of lower end of go cart. mag back attached to frame and perfect footage. just keep finding more and more uses
