I bought my first Magbak case for an iPhone 7+ in 2017. Ever since then when I update to a new phone I immediately get a new Magbak case. Mandatory. I’m on my 5th. I bought my latest case in December 2024. 15 months later on April 1, 2026 the seams on the case started to separate. First problem I’ve had on any case all these years. I contacted Magbak support, and sent a pic of the problem. Within 24 hours they sent me a note that my replacement case was on the way. How cool is that?! I was already a customer for life, now I’m hoping my experience convinces someone to give this company a shot, maybe the next lifetime customer. Thanks Magbak making an awesome case and being an awesome company!

I've been purchasing MagBak phone covers for most of my iPhones, and they've always provided the protection I need. Unfortunately, the finger strap often breaks off of each one and requires replacing. That said, MagBak has always been wonderful at sending me replacements at no charge, so despite the initial frustration, the issues are always resolved. Thanks, MagBak, for your great product and amazing customer service!

The loop on my Magbak Elite case broke after a month of use. I reached out to cs and they replaced it without question! That was some amazing customer service. Speaking to the product itself, I love the magnets. I work in IT and it’s actually quite useful to stick this on to a server rack while I’m working.

Purchased a Magbak Tesla Phone Mount. The quality of the product was poor - within 7 months of use it was splitting apart in the middle. Also, the adhesive stopped sticking so that everytime I attached my iPhone, it fell off. I contacted Customer Service and they only offered to sell me another product. Ridiculous.

$65 for a phone case!!! Totally worth it!! I decided to make the commitment to the Samsung S24 ultra when I purchased a MagBak case. I normally swap cases frequently and change phones annually. Of all cases I have used this is the last one. No need to change unless I change phones. I have been using the same case since January 2025. It has taken some spills and my phone has remained blemish free. Recently I dropped the phone with the kickstand out. The kickstand broke. I inquired on a replacement and was willing to pay for the part. Magbak responded, asked a few questions, verified that I was outside my warrenty, and then shipped out a replacement. Imagine my surprise when I received a new case. Magbak did not have to replace my case but they did and got a customer for life. It also helps that the magnetic function of this case is the best I have experienced. The magnetic feature is the sole reason I purchased the case. I slap the phone on lift post, tool boxes, refrigerator, the fender of my car so I can watch YouTube explain what I missed when assembling a drum break because it had been 10 years and I can't remember... you get the point.
Keep up the good work. I'll buy another case for my dedicated Bluetooth airride controller.

One of the most practical and thoughtfully designed product for Tesla owners! In fact the after sales service is top notch too. I had an issue with the adhesive tape which resulted in my magbak falling out 4 months after using the product. The after sales team was kind enough to send me replacement tapes at no cost all the way from the US to Singapore! I highly recommend this product to all Tesla owners!

I purchased the MagSafe case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Within less than 60 days, the rubber finger loop on the back of the case broke. I messaged the team, and within 48 hours, Mr. Josh Lopez from the customer support team responded, informing me that I should see an invoice for the expedited shipping fee within 24-48 hours. I received the expedited shipping email within 24 hours of that. I really appreciate the team honoring the warranty and sending me the replacement for my product. I just hope the new one holds up too!
