Magic Note is an excellent tool for social care professionals. It is easy to use and navigate, making day-to-day tasks much more efficient. This platform is incredibly beneficial and time-saving, reducing the amount of admin and paperwork so professionals can focus on providing excellent service to residents.
I particularly appreciate the new features that have been added to make it more user-friendly and adaptable to our work. The inclusion of embedded templates for frequently used forms is a game-changer, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Overall, Magic Note is a valuable resource that enhances efficiency and supports better outcomes for both staff and residents.

It saves time recording CAA, reviews and professional meetings.
Although, I have to edit the document, I am fine with it.
Magic notes for me is the best tool that has been provided to us as workers to reduced some of our notes writing.

This is a tool I wish I’d had years ago when I was diagnosed with dyslexia. It takes the stress out of trying to make sense of my notes.
I also use it to make visits with the kids more engaging by helping them feel valued. I like to say things like:
“My AI friend wants to interview you about how you’re feeling,” or
“My AI friend will do the writing while I focus on listening.”

It really is as easy as ABC. Some areas need a few tweaks to get the tone of any email correct, or a request that Magic notes adds further detail.

Magic notes saves me a lot of time when it comes to writing up our reports. It writes it all up for me and if i need to edit anything i can. i can then use the notes to copy and paste it into my reports.

ITS SO EASY TO DO...ASK CLIENT ..RECORD...WAIT FOR EMAIL...ALTER A FEW THINGS...COPY AND PASTE...SIMPLE...MAKING MY WORK SOOOO MUCH EASIER AND GIVES ME MORE TIME DOING SOMETHING ELSE.

Magic Notes is Brilliant! It takes the stress and long days out of social worker and helps you concentrate more on what we're supposed to be doing as social workers. It records your conversations into any useful format you need, reports, case notes, emails, general meeting etc. You check it over, add context and analysis and this cuts down your work load considerable. A long conversation can take 10 to 15 minutes to records really professionally. Just remember to get permission from all those being recorded and assure them that it's their words and not their voices which are being used to ensure accuracy!

Magic Notes summarizes the note as well as provides the complete transcript of recorded conversations. It is a real time saver. In addition I can dictate notes from clients that were not recorded and get summaries and transcripts. I can use the prompts to change the outputted data to what I need if I need something different from the provided templates. The liaison from Magic Notes is responsive for any challenges encountered. I love this product and the ability it has provided with notes -- the time savings for me is great.

As a visually impaired member of staff, I am always exploring innovative ways of working. Magic Notes has proven to be a valuable tool in supporting my role, and I am confident it will continue to improve and learn over time. However, it has not replaced the importance of thorough note-taking, which remains essential. I continue to rely on my PA to ensure that key information is accurately captured, especially in instances where Magic Notes may miss certain details.

This is revolutionary technology especially for people who suffer with dyslexia. where was it ten years ago what might have been. its like having a p.a to complete all your admin.

It simple to understand, reports and case notes can be done in an honest professional manner

My comment relate to Victor’s presentation and description of Magic Notes at the Social Work Scotland 2025 Annual Conference in Glasgow on Thursday 9th October. To date, I have not used Magic Notes.

Really disappointed with Magic Notes. The app didn’t work as expected, kept freezing, and most features are locked behind paid options. Total waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Magic notes is a complete game changer. As a social worker I came in to the profession to work directly with people that need support and care. Typing endless notes took this away and their were days when I would have to sit endlessly typing. Now I have magic notes I feel as though I can be a social worker and actually have more time with the people that require our help, I am also dyslexic, magic notes has totally supported all my notes, meetings, case notes, structured my work and made it so much less stressful. Thank you to the creator of magic notes, unbelievable and a fantastic tool to social work!!!

I feel that Magic notes will improve my assessments and save time in the future.

The recordings on Magic Notes are so accurate and it's very easy to adapt if needed. It saves time and helps me keep on top of case note write ups for various things - from telephone calls, TEAMS calls, home visits to Support Review Meetings. It is certainly life changing. Thanks Magic Notes!
