Issue with order resolved
I had a minor issue with an order as I placed it. I contacted the company to see if this could be resolved. I am very happy to say that the issue was dealt with promptly and with myself being fully satisfied with the result. Far and above what I expected. I also love the wipes I received. These magic cloths are amazing.
These magic cloths are amazing. I was skeptical about them at first but so pleased I bought them. I have one in the kitchen for the kitchen work surfaces, stainless steel cooker, hob and marble dining table and one in the bathroom for mirror, sink and shower. They work well leaving a lovely shine, no smears at all. They also work on my windows. All I use is a little water to wipe then dry with the smooth side of the cloth. Highly recommend.

Shocking!!!!
I can't get any response from emails so I'll try this!
I ordered a few months ago, complained it was rubbish. No reply for 2 months! Refused to refund.
Didn't realise it was a subscription, so they've just re ordered for me. I emailed immediately to cancel the order so hopefully they will see this as says in website they will cancel and refund if done immediately.
Can't cancel my subscription either, says there's a link in the email, well if there is I can't find it. I've asked them to cancel the subscription so we'll see. Trading standards is my next stop if this isn't resolved and my bank to stop any future payments.
No impressed with this company

Wow- actual magic!
Wow! After a quick delivery, I couldn’t believe how good these wipes are. My bathroom has never been this clean and my mirrors are finally smear-free. They really are magic! Everything is so easy to clean now, and I keep finding new ways to use them. Highly recommend!

I’m so impressed with this cloth! It’s huge and works so well for anything you want to shine streak free! It’s so apparent that it has been made to a very high quality I use it for my chrome and steel I even used it for my bathroom tiles, I highly recommend this for your cleaning kit!

Be warned
Be warned. Waste of money ! Poor quality product leaves steaks on glass and mirror doesn’t clean as claimed . This company signs you up unknowingly on a subscription that is not detailed to the customer on checkout. Ony became aware of this when a second order arrived unknowingly 4 months after my purchase. I have repeatedly asked for return and refund and told to keep it as a spare!!!! Please advise @ Magicwipe when I will receive my refund as requested.

The service was great
The service was great. I got regular updates to where my order was until it arrived.
I was not expecting too much thinking it was all hype . However, when I used it on soap scum shower screen with a little water, the screens were gleaming clean and with no streaks.
Highly recommend.

I find that these cloths are pretty fantastic , I use these to dry the shower screen which is great and effective as leaves no smears or streaks I don’t use the squeegee as much as these dry effortlessly it’s handy that they come in a pack of two great cloths

This cloth has transformed my life. When I first saw this I was unsure how a cloth and water would be able to clean your taps, mirrors and shower screens. I was shook on how shiny my taps were and how streak free my mirrors and shower screen where. I am well and truly converted.

Was surprised how far it reached..perfect
Was surprised how far it reached. Found my favorite head but the others will be useful. Showed an elderly neighbour my one. She is in her 90s she found it easy to use and requested I get her one. She has a particularly high ceiling in the hall and needed to access this. She will be thrilled when hers arrives.
