I’ve recently engaged Maidscc to find us a housekeeper / Nanny. My designated maids manager Camelia and contract manager Mariana have both been wonderful and extremely professional in helping me out. Camelia arranged for multiple house visits with candidates to interview at the comfort of my house. Camelia has been very patient and supportive. We now identified one candidate to join our family and I trust that Camelia and Mariana will continue to support us as the new keeper settles in

The service is very good with good customer service

Our maid cooked some excellent meals and the trainer chef Clara was able to instruct her on how to make British style meals, which were delicious.

@Reply - respectful?! You wouldn't know the meaning! I asked you to STOP which you acknowledged, and within 15 minutes I had another marketing/automated message, I then had two further phone calls, you guys are absolute parasites and I'll avoid you like the plague.

Had an issue with the first maid sent and had a daily follow up on the maid that best fits my home. Finally resolved by Ms Kamelya, the maids manager who brought in 3 maids to my house for an interview and afterwards got someone that I was comfortable working with. I loved her warmth and kindness towards me ensuring that I get a maid that I will be happy with as well as Aram that kept calling to check up on me ton how well he can assist me on the maids cc app.

Esther was our assigned trainer for our nanny and she is really amazing! One of the most helpful and supportive trainers I’ve ever met! She listens and takes on board all issues always trying to come up with solutions and a logical approach. Maid cc is blessed to have her and the way she deals with maids is kind but still firm and fair.

Lor is the best, she is like a friend for me, thank you so much Lor ❤️

Chef Clara was very patient and eager to listen to new ideas for a variety of recipes. She made Rodjean comfortable in her kitchen activities

Kamelya is the sweetest and most positive person I have dealt with at Maids CC over the past 3 years. She listened to my requirements, which were many, went back and forth between potential candidates and got back to me within hours, solving my problem.
She’s lovely and has an infectious can do attitude, thank you very much Kamelya!

Both Arlene and chef Clara have been fantastic help. They were both very professional and talked me through what they were going to do and what they had done with our maid Analyn. Analyn is also very happy with the new skills learnt, so thank you both so much!

Terrible service and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! WE REGRET GETTING INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

The below review is from almost 2 months ago. For 2 months now we are living a nightmare with this company. We paid almost 10k AED for 2 years visa, medical and other services. We have a nanny since then. From 25th to the month they start sending threatening messages to pay nanny’s salary to them or else her visa will be cancelled. They keep on sending higher amount link that’s in the contract demanding and threading to pay it. Eventually after days of arguments we received the correct link with correct amount. We paid it before end of the month. Even after payment we still kept on receiving threading calls and messages everyday that her visa cancelation process started.
Nanny received message that her salary will be 500 AED less than we agreed and I transferred to the company. They are literary stilling from her salary.
For last month we paid her salary to the company. Company sent message to Nanny to ask her salary from me. Maid cc literary refused to pay her July salary which was paid by us to the company already.
2 MONTHS NON STOP STRESS FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH IS DOING FRAUD ACTIVITIES!!!
For months we have been exchanging messages with this company. After having bed experience with previous company, we tried to make sure that this time were choosing the right one. Unfortunately! Before making payment they were following up with me 24/7. After making payment they barely were in touch until I started complaining. Moreover, I chose and paid for one nanny services. Right after making payment we received information that she was not available. Disappointing!!!
They sent another maid who doesn’t have skills of taking care of the child. Eventually she helped me with house work and I had to be with my child myself by putting aside what I had to do that day.
For 2 days several times I have mentioned that I need NANNY, not a maid for Monday before 08:00 to be in my place. Because I have to leave for improvement meeting. Regardless multiple reminders since yesterday, they keep on texting she will come between 8-9 am or 8-10 am. Still she didn’t arrive and I have to cancel my important meeting. And none of them are responding my calls and messages.
That’s what you get from them! Terrible service and stress.

Mimi was very helpful assisting us with our maid’s training. She showed her how to do the proper cleaning of the glasses and mirrors. I could notice that our maid got more efficient and proactive after the training.
