Toby at Maidstone Technology was super professional in solving a recent crisis with my email server and having been tearing my hair out for hours, helped troubleshoot the problem and get it solved quickly. He will be my first port of call for any tech issues in the future. Highly recommend.

Could not be more delighted with my experience with Maidstone technology. They transformed my 2017 iMac with a 1tb Fusion Drive which was painfully slow into a rocket ship by installing a solid state drive. Price was good and I am so pleased I did not need to give up a couple of days to do it. Really great people with a brilliant attitude to customer service.

Fixed my sons PS5 the same day- explained the problem over the phone they knew straight away what the issue was- cost way less than sending it off to Sony. Very happy son

Wealden Technology have now helped me twice, and I am a happy customer. I have been using all sorts of home devices for a long time now but always need an expert. This time I was wanting an upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11. They responded very promptly to my requests, collected my desktop immediately, checked it straight away then gave me helpful explanations and good advice about my options. I think their charges are very reasonable, and their customer service is very good. I recommend them!

Fantastic service. They collected my old iMac the next day removed the hard disk, wiped the data and returned it to me the same day.
They were most helpful and I would not hesitate to ask for their help, in the future.

I'm very impressed. I rang them at 9.15. They were here within an hour. By just after 11, Dan had sorted everything out. The problem I had -- lots of messages pouring in from McAfee and others to whom I do not subscribe saying I had several serious infections after trying to access a 'dangerous' website -- was nowhere near as bad as it looked. He quickly resolved it and added new and mercifully, free, protections. After which he billed me for rather less than I expected. From now on when such misadventures occur I shall know who to turn to for immediate correction.

Needed a PC built (had all the parts). Emailed on the Monday and received instant replies; picked up 9am next day; Full PC built and brought home by 630pm. Cannot fault this...

Promptly responded to an issue with my laptop, engineer arranged to attend within the hour

I contacted Maidstone Technology as my I-Pad was losing charge rapidly.
They advised that I most likely needed a new battery.
I was quoted a price which I agreed as it was reasonable. I asked if the repair could be done in a day and they agreed to do that.
The next day I delivered my item to one of their team who lived not far from me.
It was arranged that I would collect my item from the team member that evening.
All contact details and arrangements were provided and kept to.
I paid slightly less than I was quoted and I am very pleased with the service I received.
And the I-Pad is operating well.

Mike at Maidstone technology, was super quick getting out laptop diagnostic done and then repairing it. Our laptop had been slow for years, and then recently we got a virus on it. Mike was able to clean it all up and repair it within less than 24h. He was super kind and attentive and even came to our house to pick it up and then dropped it back to us. I do really recommend him if you need help with a slow pc or laptop.

Amazing service! I contacted Maidstone Technology around 3pm on the Thursday, my ps5 was overheating and switching off after about 20 minutes. By 7pm they had collected my ps5 diagnosed the issue early next morning and by 6pm the Friday I had a working ps5. All collected and delivered from my home address. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely be using them again.
