I would like to give zero stars. Ordered in March. Bertrand responds to emails assuring me that my order is in transit. I guess somebody thinks I will forget about my order. I started a dispute with my bank for non-delivery today. Thinking about turning them into state Attorney General office…hmm I think I might do that based on the other reviews suspecting fraud.

This site is a total scam. They take your money and that's it. I fell for it. Fortunate I bought with American Express and they immediately refunded my account.

I have reported this site three times to Instagram for fraud and Instagram keep saying they are "in compliance with community standards". Maybe everyone should report the site so that Instagram finally responds appropriately.

This company is a scam. Over 2 months no order. They say it’s on its way, never received it. They say a refund will show in 3-5 days. No refund. They say the refund will be expedited. No refund. Total scam.

Avoid this site. Same experience as other poor reviews. No response to multiple emails. No tracking number when requested. Said my order number was “#27”.

The site is a scam. Ordered and almost 2 months later with multiple requests for updats... their AI bot responds to keep us hanging on.

They should be removed from the internet before anyone else loses their money.

I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing. I requested an update - no response. I requested a refund several times - no response. Buyer beware. Don't be seduced by the allure of French Croissants.

I placed an order and paid for it in full months ago, but I still haven't received anything. It is incredibly frustrating to wait this long only to get empty promises instead of the product. I am extremely disappointed and have finally requested a refund. Save your time and money! I do not recommend ordering from them.

One month from order date….no product. E-mails are answered by a bot. Asked for tracking data; none supplied. Requested a refund…waiting…

ordered 85.00 worth of croissants on Feb 7 2026.
product never arrived and neither did the credit for the product.
website looks legit but the company is a hoax.

It's too bad these dishonest people can get away with perpetuating these scams on innocent buyers. I learned my lesson!

I placed an order January 19, 2026 and I’ve not gotten my order as of April 1, 2026. Emailed several times and I keep getting same automated emails and when I threatened to file a complaint in early March 2026, I was promised a refund in 5 days but none came and no more real responses but same bot generated response. This is a scam.

This is the worst scam on line. Customer service is automated so you get no response. Never got my order and never got a refund.

Had the exact same experience with promises to ship and emails that all were false.

Scammer company. Do not buy from them. Never sent anything, never replied until I said I'd stop my credit card charge. Then replied immediately and promised a refund which also never came.

I finally had to go ahead and stop the credit card charge, which then had them emailing me to please cancel the dispute, claiming incorrectly it would save me fees and a long delay in getting a refund from the credit card company.

They even said they had refunded me already and please cancel it. Of course, they had not. No croissants, just a big hassle. Completely a scam.

Ordered frozen croissants from France from ad on Facebook 2/14/26. Shipping was promised within 10 days. Today is 3/18/26. No further communication. Beware.
