It's a scam, never trust this company,, I booked through them to umra with my family and when we reached there in midnight found nothing all booking are fake also no one replies on the phone at all,, leave you in the mid of nowhere.

This tour operator demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism, organization, and basic customer responsibility. From beginning to end, the experience was chaotic, poorly managed, and nowhere near what was advertised. Communication was consistently inadequate, critical details were incorrect or never provided, and concerns raised during the tour were ignored or dismissed without resolution.
The service was grossly overpriced for what was delivered. Promises made at the time of booking were not honored, and the overall operation appeared careless, unprepared, and unprofessional. This company does not operate at a standard that should be acceptable to paying customers.
I deeply regret choosing this operator and strongly advise others to stay away. If you are considering purchasing a package from them, proceed with extreme caution. Even their claimed Canadian presence appears misleading and raises serious concerns about credibility. There are far more reliable and trustworthy alternatives available. Good luck.

Absolutely awful. Saim Malik went on to accuse me of being a fake reviewer and also abused me. Makkah Medinah Ltd aka Makkah Medinah Canada. Please I would advise you not to deal with them. They are scammers. Please read reviews of Makkah Medinah Ltd, UK, all three companies. Makkah Medinah US, (Noble Umra), Makkah Medinah Canada, and Makkah Medinah Ltd UK aka Sacred Sands are all owned by Sundas Hammad. They are a scammer company and operate in Pakistan. They are not ATOL accredited, they have no real residence, either in UK, US or Canada. They are online based, with no physical address. If approached by these scammers, my advice is report to the FBI and police. Please read the reviews of Sacred Sands travel. Aka Makkah Medinah Ltd. UK.

These people rang me up on WhatsApp. Telling me to take my review down. For God’s sake we just want our money back. We didn’t get the service you were paid for, hence return our money back. Simply refund back our money. Instead I’ve had Saim Malik, abuse me, calling me a mad woman that needs to go to a mental home, just because I want my money back from these scammers. All three companies belong to Makkah Medinah Ltd.

Wallahi, they have no remorse, no regret at all, and feel that that they have the right to simply steal peoples Umra money, who have saved up years to go on this sacred pilgrimage to Mecca. How can you sleep a night ? knowing you’ve taken peoples money and not given them back, because you failed to deliver their Umra package! Subhan Allah! They’ll have to face Allah swt in the hereafter! They’ll play games with you saying that they are a different company. You are all three UK, Canada and US owned by one owner Sundas Hammad and her husband Hammad Ali.

Return the monies of those you have taken it from. Shame on you!

I must say Saim and shoaib they deal with me in a very professional way possible and trust me they will do everything arranged in a proper way the way we want ... I had the opportunity to go for Umrah in September through Makkah Madinah Canada, and honestly, it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had.

Everything was well-organized from start to finish. The visa process was smooth, and the team guided me clearly at every step. What I appreciated most was their prompt communication — any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally.

The 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were excellent — very close to the Haram, which made it easy for us to attend all prayers. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere made it easier to focus on worship.

Transport was comfortable and always on time. We didn’t have to worry about anything — from airport pickup to ziyarah trips, everything was handled well.

This wasn’t just a trip, it was a spiritual journey, and Makkah Madinah Canada made it stress-free and comfortable. I’m genuinely thankful to them for the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning Umrah — especially if you’re looking for a luxury, hassle-free experience.
