i purchased facewash & sun screen. face wash is ok but after apply sunscreen in my eyes irritation started till i wash my face again.

Very poor service. I ordered 2 products under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, but received only one product while being charged the full amount. One item was cancelled without my knowledge or consent.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like cheating. I also did not receive any proper response from customer care regarding this issue.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this seller.

bad expirince- me and sis used to get many products from mama earth and this time i got a coupon from gpay saying if we buy more than 1000 rps product then refund 1000 rps , while making the payment i applied the coupon code and app also said refund will be there once i recieve the product, now nobody is responding . have a very bad customer service

I am not understanding i recently buyed the sunscreen of vitamin c every time I apply on my face ,eyes start burning, instead of face glow, face look very dull.and tan and black.

They are sending used products. The lipstick I receved had broken seal lipstick smudged around the applicator. They have sent me a product someone has returned. Disgusting.

The product was decent but it made my hairs dry. Not satisfied

The skin cream product need to be improved a lot untill it should give a skin visible smooth and soothing feeling

Naseem and her colleague at phoenix mall kurla were very very rude and unprofessional.
the other lady was lazy dint want to get up from her chair dint help inspite of asking questions

So I've been receiving spam from their website since this morning saying I had placed an order and that it is being shipped to me (at some unknown address). Not sure if any of their systems have been hacked, or what's going on. I never actually placed an order here.
