Not the cheapest but really good quality both in terms of the product but also the installation work. Really quick but neat and tidy job done.

From enquiry stage to installation the management and operatives were knowledgeable and informative. Queries were dealt with and details clarified during the survey stage. The installation team were polite and considerate taking care during the fitting. Flooring was protected and all waste removed upon completion. We were very satisfied with the process and outcome.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Detailed survey, delivered to time, kept informed and excellent quality of work.

We have recently had two windows installed in our garage by Manchester Window Factory, having had them recommended to us by a family member who has also used them. They were professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process, and left the area very tidy afterwards.

We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have windows fitted.

MWF are a very competent, professional, highly skilled team who work to an excellent standard. Having had a couple of bad experiences with work done on my house it was an absolute please to have MWF crew fitting the windows. I have no problem recommending the company, as the whole experience from planning to execution has been expertly executed.

I had two windows replaced, the bathroom and a bedroom all was great, thanks

Easy to deal with, good communication and a great job on the actual work.

Great job, windows and doors look great. Really good at cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Manchester window factory, when having a new front door fitted. Staff were friendly and helpful, they gave good advice before ordering the door, the process of fitting went smoothly and we are very happy with the finished product.

After being let down by my first fitted, MWF came to the rescue. They very quickly arranged to come out to the house to assess the windows I wanted replacing and took the time to explain the different options and their recommendations. After going ahead with them, the survey soon took place and the fitting dates were confirmed - all within the timeline I had requested. I also asked MWF to replace my front door which was included in the fee and fitting. I can't fault the service - extremely responsive and good quality job.

Manchester Window Factory are very professional in all aspects. As well as a high quality installation , they have a terrific team that can overcome any difficulties that arise, including a swarm of bees! Thanks again

This is the second time we've used Manchester Window Factory in just over a year, first for a window and this time for a new front door. Everything was great, I couldn't fault the quality of the product or the communications. The men who fitted the door were very tidy and organised and worked efficiently, leaving no mess at all. 5 stars from us and I wouldn't hesitate to use Manchester Window Factory again.

We recently had MWF install a beautiful set of Georgian-style patio doors and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

As we live in an apartment, it was important that the new doors matched the style of the other properties in the development. The team at MWF were fantastic — they came out promptly to measure up, clearly understood the requirements, and were thorough and professional throughout the process.

The installation was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and the team left everything spotless once the job was done!

We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MWF for their excellent service, quality workmanship, and beautiful doors!

Overall fantastic service, stunning windows and any issues were addressed quickly by the team. Would highly recommend!

This is the third time I’ve used Manchester Window Factory and they have been fantastic once again. Andy, Dave, Ged and Josh fitted our windows quickly and efficiency and the difference is huge. We now cannot hear the main road we are next to. The quality is next to none. A big thank you to Danny & Ash who have helped throughout the process. Their advice and help has been very valuable. Would recommend 100% and I’m sure I will be using them again in the future. Thank you MWF

excellent service very quick and did want they said they would without an issue

After several quotations and home visits, we decided to go with Manchester Windows Factory to replace the windows throughout the entire house, and we made the right decision!
Danny was our first contact, he advised us on window design, practicalities, safety and all the benefits to their windows. Although not the cheapest, the products and installation is of premium quality. Danny was friendly, professional and very honest - we changed a few of our initial thoughts for the better thanks to his considerations.
Then it was time for the installation - a team of seven, completing replacement of the entire house in just over three days. We chose antique leading for the front, fluted glass for the side / privacy windows and plain glass to the rear of the house. The team handled all windows and any complications effortlessly. They were all polite, friendly, professional and left the house spotless. An absolute pleasure to have them around the house - and they were all very considerate to our dog. The quality of the work is incredible - a very well organised and highly skilled team. You’ve all done a great job - thank you!
We are thrilled with the results, so much so, I drove past the house not recognising it, the windows have transformed our home. We had old windows, and our room temperature was averaging 12 degrees before installation, after installation its around 17 - 18 degrees! The house is also a lot quieter. We cannot hear the cars or the tram line. Fantastic!
We recommend the Manchester Window Factory to anybody seeking new windows. They are a fantastic team and offer a world class service! Thank you guys! Kim and Steven.
