This is long over due to sum up my chronological events children in care could fo a better job. So got insure with these clowns I had a serious accident gave strict instructions who to contact as my car was written off with neck and back injuries. A temporary car was offered a very tiny fiat which I was already taking to type of medication and then to be told I had to drive while off work still suffering with serious injury.
After two months I asked what the hell is going on here? What is the update can someone explain to me ?
My injuries were severe I was off work for two months.
So here’s the best thing I can only digest with a putrid attitude I was told hour insurance is behind and will need to bring it up to date. I don’t get paid while I’m off on sick I was told there would be actions M&S will take to recover
So my rating of this crud type company -0
Staffing -0 helpful -0 if toys R us could create a new insurance company I would be happy to use their facilities

Got my insurance Friday cancelled Saturday. The reason being spam and phone calls at 3.10 am. Won't trust idjuts.

Need to wait for refunds

Having bought a very expensive Phonak pair of hearing aids the service from the Canterbury store has been abysmal. I currently have a failed aid but have to wait a week for any sort of response as the only audiologist is on holiday. So now we are both deaf to complaints !!

My fourth failed attempt in the past fortnight to buy a standard product in my local branch. I tried to get some information from the manager as to why it was not available, and he was both rude and patronising, and kept me waiting unnecessarily for over ten minutes while he for some reason decided to load a trolley with all the yoghurts he did have in the stock room, none of which I needed . He contradicted me twice, and when he realised he was in the wrong he offered no apology. I am amazed that I was able to remain calm and polite in the face of such arrogant and unhelpful behaviour. It’s not just bad service it’s M&S bad service .

Over £1200 for someone with 10 years no claims and no convictions

Scammers , my wife gave the wrong date of her car insurance which was 347 pounds for year and they wanted another 358 to alter it .
Beware!

I ordered tulips and champagne as a surprise for my granddaughter in her new house. The tulips were delivered but not the champagne !! Customer service said they will redeliver but all surprise element gone. Think they could have compensated more.

As a loyal M&S customer for many, many decades, I have long relied on your reputation for premium quality. However, recent experiences suggest a significant decline in fresh food standards. Upon purchasing a large bag of Maris Piper potatoes recently, I followed the proper storage protocols by transferring them to a cotton mesh bag and storing them in a cool, dark environment. Despite this, only four days later, the potatoes were riddled with internal rot and black spotting. I have a photograph of the damage which is quite dramatic but unfortunately it cannot be shown on this website. To quantify the issue: from 1kg of product, I was forced to discard 400g of rot and peelings. A 40% loss on a premium-priced staple is, quite frankly, reprehensible.

Crucially, this is not an isolated incident. This marks the third bag in recent months that has been of sub-standard quality. While I have returned two previous bags for replacement, (which each contained several damaged potatoes) the frequency of these issues suggests a systemic problem with your current supplier or quality control measures. I recently bought 2 bags of ‘easy peelers’ tangerines and 2 of the fruit in one bag were damaged and mouldy.

As it stands, I no longer feel confident that "M&S Quality" justifies the price point, and I am now looking to other retailers for my fresh produce.

M&S Autograph Eau De Parfum Fired Sandalwood has no smell. Nice posh box, heavy bottle but cannot smell it. They used to do nice perfumes like Florentina, which always lasted well, this doesn't even begin! Don't buy unless there is a tester, which there was not in the outlet. So disappointing.

Went to M & S cafe today at Rugby we only had a cappuccino each and they were horrible, luke warm weak milky coffee is disgusting at £4 pound a shot is a rip off.

M & S have cancelled my online order for trousers I bought in the sale, three days after I ordered them - no explanation and no way of contacting them to express my disappointment! Now I have to wait 3 - days for a refund - not happy!

What is going on at M&S Cafe Handforth? Food remnants all over the floor, coffee tasteless and I ordered a baked potato with tuna. You would think this was a foolproof choice. No butter in the potato, tuna ( which didn't look like tuna) dolloped on with an ice cream scoop like you used to get with mash potato at school. It didn't even taste of fish never mind tuna. It used to be a bit of a treat but not anymore. ..Dreadful!

Had no fault car accident in June 2025.Still not resolved. Suspect that M@S under writers and the under writers of the guy that hit me are connected in some way.
Still £300 out of pocket

M&S are at it again. This time they are showing their usual lack of humility and failing to acknowledge their mistakes.
After giving them honest and balanced feedback as they requested, they have chosen to deny its publication and in doing so prevent me from giving an honest account of my poor customer experience.

Disappointing!
Just so disappointed that the flowers that I had ordered in advance to arrive promptly on my mum’s birthday were only delivered in the late evening. They’d obviously been bashed around and did not look their best. Wish I’d bought from an independent florist. Will think twice in future before ordering from M&S

All In This Together

We went into M&S food hall in Mere Green on Sunday Morning 26/10. There was one person alone behind the bakery counter and I waited and waited for her assistance. It not only took her ages to come over to me but she was the most miserable shop worker I have ever seen. No eye contact and almost angry looking. I looked at my husband who said ‘why is she working here if she hates it so much? I have to agree. What are you doing to your staff M&S?

Excellent service I have a the best experience at M&S opticians in Canterbury the team where really helpful I have an eye condition and the understood how reactive I was to certain procedures highly recommend.

I am becoming more and more angry with the spate of recent campaign adverts presented by this idiotic chef tom kerrage making claims that farmers not supplying marks and Spencer food aren't upholding rspca and animal welfare standards this moronic glorified kitchen porter and his negative propaganda causes farmers their livelihood and a bad reputation and I can tell you this I'm a son of a time served master butcher and marks and Spencer meat quality isn't all that, so this goes to marks and Spencer broadcast on a public retraction about the false negative propaganda you're spreading on television it's not ethical
