By far the most inexpensive tickets I found for Kenny Chesney in Denver and I received my tickets within 20 minutes and placed them right in my Apple Wallet. Huge Fan of Mark's Tickets now.

LAST OPTION TICKETS

Over 300% mark up on tickets that we’re going for 1/3 the price. If you add in service fees it’s almost 500%. The worst part is they were selling the same tickets significantly cheaper 4 days later. Not good business practice. I paid 900.00 total and find them for 584 on another website.
Tried emailing and calling and they don’t want to bend to try and make things right so I’ll share with everyone my experience

We are a resale marketplace. We do not set the prices. We significantly markdown the tickets we sell. Tickets may go up or down depending on the seller. We have no control over the price of the tickets, only the markup we make, and if you compare us to any other ticket resale marketplace, we are always the cheapest!

Satisfied Customer

I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. Bought a ticket for a hockey game that was at least $20 cheaper than anywhere else. Center Ice, front row, upper bowl. The ticket seller transferred the ticket to me within 15 minutes. Couldn't have been easier.

Terrible. Inventory not guaranteed. Horrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

Tl;dr Inventory not guaranteed, terrible customer service, much better alternatives out there.

I purchasd "flex" seats for a recent production of Dear Evan Hansen. When purchasing flex seats you're agreeing to seats in a certain "zone" of the venue and then provided exact location at a later date (in this case 24 hours prior to the event). The zone I purchased was a luxury box level and the listing said seats will be in boxes A through Z. It also said they would be unobstructed "100% worry free".

Being familiar with the venue, I knew seats in this area were hard to come by as they are club seats reserved for "members" (usually corporations) and not made available to the public. So, I was very pleased to reserve 4 flex seats at a reasonable price that would put me somewhere on this exclusive box level. I should have known better.

My order status was changed to "Order Status: Processed: Your ticket seller has confirmed they have the tickets matching your request." shortly after my purchse. Then 48 hours before the event I sent a message to confirm that the tickets were still on track to be delivered the next day. What followed was the most deceitful and disappointing customer service experience in my life.

Shortly after sending my email I received a call from a fast talking "Box Office Manager" that proceeded to tell me that the flex seat section I chose is not being utilized for this production due to special lighting from the show. Honestly, he was so confident that I almost bought it. But I did press him on his explanation since I knew closing down this section meant spurning wealthy club seat members and I had seen boxes available for other dates of this production on StubHub.

When I mentioned the StubHub tickets he basically asked me to "prove it". So I told him what show to search and he indeed saw that there were tickets out there in these boxes (he just didn't have any). But rather than outright admit the tickets were bogus he continued to make excuses saying the boxes are obstructed view (blatant lie) and I wouldn't want them and how I should upgrade to these premium seats he had for just $120 more. Classic bait and switch.

I refused to pay anything additional and continued to press him on how he could sell tickets he didn't have. That's when he tried to make me the bad guy. He said because I bought flex seats I wasn't guaranteed the tickets I purchased and that he has the right to cancel any order he wants. I pleaded with him to find me comparable seats as box office inventory was all but gone and I had already made plans to see the show. But all he could offer were lesser balcony seats.

I pressed him one more time on how he can offer seats for sale that he doesn't have. He said that despite what the listing and the order status said purchasing flex seats is essentially a request for Mark's Tickets to find seats for you in that zone, and they don't actually have that confirmed inventory. When I began to express my disappointment he cut me off saying "I'm cancelling your order. Goodbye." and proceeded to hang up on me.

In summary, they realized the bogus flex seats they had posted were actually in a premium seating area and priced way too low for them to fulfill the order and still make a profit, so they made up an excuse and tried to upsell me. When I caught on to their ploy I was hung up on.

We are sorry we could not find the seats in the zone you were looking for you. We are a resale marketplace so we do not have any tickets ourselves, or decide the price/availability of the tickets. The broker in this case could not fulfill the tickets so order was cancelled and refunded, since you did not want any of the other tickets we had available. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. Brokers who do not fulfill the tickets on an order are giving a warning when this happens and after another warning are no longer allowed to sell tickets on our website.

What's up with the ticket transfer fees?

I've bought from Mark's Tickets three times without any issues at all. The ticket transfer fees are very high, but I'm not sure if Mark's Tickets is taking a cut of those or if that's just what the seller is charging. It would be nice to see what that charge is going to be before I make my order, but if it seems to horrible, I guess I have the right not to finalize the order.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE WITH PURCHASING TICKETS. THE TICKETS WEREN'T AVAILABLE. THEY ISSUES A REFUND. THEY CALLED ME AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO RETURN THEIR CALL SO THAT THEY COULD WORK WITH ME ON GETTTING COMPARABLE TICKETS.I HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY COULD'NT HELP ME. THEN I STATED THAT I WAS GOINGTO WRITE A REVIEW ADVISING PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS SITE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS THREATENING THEM. I TOLD THE MAN NO I WASN'T AND I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO WRITE A REVIEW GIVING MY PERSONAL OPINION ON THEIR SERVICE BEING POOR.

beware: call concert venue before buying tickets

The wife and I bought tickets to a concert in New Orleans shortly before a leaving to actually attend the concert. One arrival we found out the concert had been rescheduled. Frustrating part was our 1 hour drive there and back, $45 spent on an uber ride. I just wish we were not able to purchase tickets to a rescheduled concert in the first place. As customer service has told me, they aren't always aware of all cancelled/rescheduled concerts in time and they were unable to assist with any ticket refund or travel inconveniences.

Do NOT order tickets through them

I am very very upset. Just ordered tickets for my boyfriends birthday, customer service was HORRIBLE. Ruined the surprise and still have not seen or heard anything about the tickets. I will never order through them again.

This order was rejected for Fraud suspicion by the credit card processing company. 3 hours after order was placed and rejected, customer did not want the order any longer.
