Purchased Kid Rock tickets and had awesome seats at a reasonable price.

Very secure and professional. We purchased Floor tickets for Justin Timberlake concert. Received tickets within days of purchase. Definitely will use Marks tickets again!!!

The price is not the price you pay. The ticket price shown does not include 33% service feed added AFTER you enter your credit card number. Beware the hidden fees. Not the kind of business I want to do business with.

One of the worst experiences I've had, here's what happened and the aftermath.

I searched for and found tickets for what I thought was a reasonable price. I placed the tickets in my cart and went to checkout. I reviewed the total and it was as expected so I went on to payment. After inputting my payment details, things changed and changed dramatically! After taking my sensitive payment information they tacked on multiple fees upping the price by almost 40%!

Just to be clear, I have no problem with whatever fees any company wants to charge. What I do have a problem with is when I checkout and those fees are not disclosed and I'm given an order total that isn't what I'm about to be charged, and then soliciting my information and then changing everything, that's dishonest.

I called Mark's to voice my displeasure and was told that's just the way they do things and always have. As a semi-apology, they did offer $25 on my next purchase and transferred me to a person to get that taken care of.

ISSUE #2! They actually transferred me to a third party company that offered $25 cash back on a subscription service, nothing to do with tickets, WOW!

So, they gave inaccurate information during checkout, took my sensitive information based on that false amount, didn't really care when I brought it to their attention, and then, as an "I'm sorry", pushed me off to another company that tried to sell me another service.

I just can't find the right words to say just how untrustworthy I find this, I'd definitely never do business with this company!

After seeing the reply from Mark's Tickets, I wanted to update my review.

First, I am not from another company and have nothing to do with one, I'm just like any of you and was looking for tickets to a game.

Second, every part of my review is correct and true.

Third, I purchased, and I can provide proof, tickets from another vendor, for the exact event described.

It's sad to see the vendor here attempt to disparage instead of fixing what is a flawed system on their part. The vendor I purchased from, and I will not name them here, has very similar prices to Mark's, the difference being, they put all the charges in the cart up front, so I know, and knew when I purchased, exactly what I was paying before inputting my payment information, that's it.

Again, all they need to do to be reputable is fix their system. Put the total in front of your customers before requesting payment. If Mark's had done this, I would have purchased from them, that's all I'm saying.

I wish Mark's had replied with understanding and a commitment to look into and hopefully fix their system, they'd be a great option then. Unfortunately, they went another direction.

My recommendation to look elsewhere has been strengthened by Mark's response. I'm not recommending anyone here, just recommending against what I feel is a dishonest company.

Marks has complained to have my review removed from the site.

If they would put as much effort into having a transparent buying process or providing better customer service as they do in debating and disparaging, they'd probably have a lot more customers, and I might have been one of them. Again, too bad they went in a different direction.

It was a great buy and the seats were awesome!

Ordered tickets to see the Celtics in New Orleans and got the best seats for a great price. It was a great night for the entire family!

Ordered tickets to see George strait in last Vegas. Had no trouble getting them emailed prior to the concert.

Worst experience ever!!! Do NOT buy tickets from these people! Bought JT tickets for my wifes 40th and he cancelled and when he rescheduled we are out of town. Ironically they do not not refund your money....TicketMaster would refund your money! Plus their fees are much more excessive than other sites. Marks tickets are a joke and should not be allowed to sell tickets! SCAM!!!!!!!
