Fantastic cycling programme superbly led group rides, super knowledgeable cycle coordinator well maintained bike fleet

Mark Warner has a great concept.

The delivery of child care, Tennis tuition and Watersports facilities was exactly what was hoping for and despite it being the last week with challenging conditions, on the whole Mark Warner was brilliant. Staff were positive and driven and everything promised was delivered.
However the bolt on facilities that MW was not managing left the brand image damaged. The Charter company Enter Air- was sub par on a noising aging plane with. The bus journey ok, but probably very hot in the heat of Summer, the hotel prioritising others over MW guests (only half the hotel taken by MW) and keen to keep bars and pools shut. They really need to manage the hotel better..

I returned to the Aeolian Village resort after a gap of 15 years. It’s still great! Great water sport facilities,3 floodlit tennis courts and a padel tennis court. Good road/mountain bikes to enjoy exploring. This was my wife’s first activities holiday and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.
The food was great, head chef George has been here 35 years, amazing!
Only down side, lovely swimming pool but too cold to use. Needs more heating!

It would have been helpful if the MW marketing had said that their centres aren’t really suitable for tennis and padel players other than for beginners or players with little ability. Tennis coaches should be informed that a 90 minute session doesn’t mean 80 minutes. Just 2 padel courts and 3 tennis courts meant very long waits to play. Tennis courts were in need of serious maintenance. Not a good experience.
At Paleros, given the hotel is remote and the local town is tiny they could have operated a daytime snack bar of some sort given they close their lunch cafe at 2.30pm. The hotel was clean and the food good. Drinks were expensive and the alcohol content was negligible. No wonder the coaches only drank from beer cans.

Lovely resort and location. Village with tavernas and shops a short walk away is a huge bonus. Transfer seamless, resort staff brilliant. Tennis courts desperately need updating. Hotel food very average though restaurant very pretty. Beach bar had good layout and a great vibe a couple of years ago, shame some of the furniture moved up to padel court. Big shout out to tennis coach Ben and hotel manager Ali - both excellent!

The location was good with an hour transfer from the airport. Our room was excellent with a sea view. The sports facilities were as expected although as it was the end of the season some of the catamarans were showing signs of wear and tear. Staff were great and looked after us well from a usage and safety point of view. Beach staff were exceptional. Social padel was somewhat rushed on the second week due to the way the guidelines were implemented.

Yet again a fabulous week at Mark Warner. Great activities, great food, great flights and transfers.
This is my 5th trip and wish I had discovered them earlier. Already thinking about the next one.

The resort was great and I was lucky with the group of people we socialised with, the social tables are a great idea for meal times, and more had to be provided due to the fun and popularity!
Fabulous yoga classes by Diane and padel social sessions all week.
I also loved we were only a 15 min walk from the bougie greek village.

The Mark Warner and hotel staff were all friendly, fun, and welcoming. Everything was maintained in good condition, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the rooms had everything we needed.

Thank goodness You're using British Airways for this destination! On time flights - excellent crew and proper aircraft - a very different experience from Enter Air - which resulted in my refusal to ever book a holiday whilst you were using that carrier. So come on Mark Warner - ditch Enter Air and switch more routes to BA! The holiday was excellent - resort is faultless - apart from the bar costs which provided an eye watering moment at the end. That's what you get with a captive audience I guess.

Short transfer, pleasant accommodation and grounds, delicious and plentiful food. A wide variety of activities available for all ages and abilities, though some if the kit was getting a bit tired this late in the season. Lots of helpful staff.

I travelled solo and met some great people on the social table and via some activities.
It felt very inclusive. Rooms and food were great all in all a great holiday

Well located hotel a short drive from Preveza airport. Good range of options available at the buffet breakfast and Dinner included in the holiday price. Lunch available at the on site restaurant or in the local town about 25 minutes walk away. Good selection of activities.

Visited Kamari Beach resort last year for a week's holiday. Returned this year for two weeks. All the staff were great - MW staff & hotel. Enjoyed the water sports and cycling activities. Food was delicious and abundant. Compared to last year, the hotel now needs some refurbishment in places. Nothing major but enough to stop me giving 5 stars.

Mark Warner Kamari Beach delivered a great holiday enhanced by a wide choice of activities in a friendly and sociable atmosphere. As a sole traveller I felt safe and never alone as there was always someone prepared to share taking part in my preferred sports. Making friends on the Social table for meals and evening entertainment was easy.
The hotel hospitality and facilities offered are excellent; well done to all the local staff. The Mark Warner team were well organised, helpful and fun.
The Adult only swimming pool much appreciated ( new since previous stay ).
Overall recommend although it should be noted that the location of the hotel does not favour easy access to a local village other than by bicycle.
It would have been nice to see some responsible tourism environmental measures such as guests choosing to keeping towels instead of daily changes and option to fill our own water bottles from a filtered water dispenser.
Some repair and maintenance of sun loungers, particularly those on the beach, is required.

Excellent location, Lemnos, Greece, and facilities with short transfer from airport, with very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The quality of the food, both breakfast and dinner was exceptional.
Only downside was the need for some TLC for the accommodation, which is now becoming a little scruffy and tired.

Poor accommodation standard - I have seen better student accommodation. Cheap, poor quality furnishings, freyed towels. Overall complex looks more like a 2 star.

I have stayed here many times and each time the service and facilities have been fantastic. Nicotorius is so helpful, and Zamira does a lovely job with the housekeeping . Reception are so helpful and the food is amazing . I will be returning next year as I love the hotel and the area.
