Good plants but careless courier
I liked the fact that the plants were in bloom, However the courier just chucked the parcel in to the porch and the plants fell out of the packaging.

Good Morning Hilary
We are pleased to hear that your plants arrived in bloom, but we are truly sorry to learn about the careless delivery. It is very disappointing that the parcel was handled so poorly and that the contents spilled out of their packaging. We are currently addressing this mishandling with our delivery partners to prevent it from happening again. Please let us know if your items were damaged in any way so we can help ensure they thrive.

Ready to go plug plants.
Although my ready to plant plug plants did arrive when I was told they would and were ok, and despite the box having labels saying live plants this way up, the packaging showed rough handling in transit/delivery.
