Still waiting for items
Re. Order no. MG1769951. According to an email from Marshalls dated 17 September, a shipment of broccoli plants was supposed to include the autumn planting garlic. It did not! The Evri delivery man tossed the box of broccoli plants over the garden gate and did not bother to ring the front doorbell. I found the broccoli plants in complete disarray inside the upside-down box some time after delivery. I thought the garlic would be delivered separately, as they weren’t in the same box, but they have not been delivered. I’m still waiting.
Please DO NOT USE EVRI for deliveries EVER again.
Please send me the missing items, or reimburse me.

Simple and efficient
It was easy to find what I needed. Ordering was easy with free delivery in my order. The bulbs arrived quickly. However one of my bags only contained 4 bulbs instead of 5. This matter was quickly resolved with an email and a refund.
