I purchased a mattress online and my friend purchased the same product.she immediately open her matress in a box .that's what sold me on my purchase.medium firmness is what the box said .I tried hers and slept on it .the worst sleep ever .my mattress is still in the box it to late for refund or exchange .I don't want a refund but a firm mattress would be great.i seem that hard to exchange a bed that's not open.and still in the box

Stay away from this company! They took my money, never delivered,no updates and they do not respond to emails! My computer detected is virus in the only email they did send that can upload information from your computer.

Very bad service. They don't reply any request. I had to get my money back with the help of Paypal. Otherwise they don't refund. Do not buy from this company.

4 weeks has gone and i dont know where my order is. 0 ansers to my e-mails that wheres my order. Realy realy bad.

'Kartoview' het woord "oplichters" is nog zacht uitgedrukt. Ze mailen je alsof je eerder met hen contact hebt gehad. Ze vragen of je toch niet voor een groter formaat van advertentie gaat voor de helft van de prijs omdat er nog zogezegd plaats vrij is. Je krijgt een proefdruk, ze plaatsen een ander restaurant op jouw logo. Het adres klopt van geen kanten. Dan staan er ook nog andere collega's in die niet eens toestemming hebben gegeven om erin te staan. Er staat zelfs een collega op die jaren geleden gestorven is, schandalig!! Je kan ze telefonisch niet bereiken. Op hun website geen nummer te bespeuren, en de naam "Martview??" Wie zijn dat dan?!
Mensen... let op!

I ordered on Feb 8 and by Feb 10, they withdrew my money, but i got no information on shipping or anything. One week later I wtrote them an a-mail, to get an update on my order, which they completly ignored. I wrote them a second e-mail which they responded to 4 days later, explaining that 2 of my shirts was shipped and the remaining 2 would be shipped when they were back in stock. Thier website, NOR the orderconfirmation did not mention ANYTHING about the shirts being sold out. 3 weeks later, i then get 2 of the shirts by mail and when i unpack them, the quality is quite dissapointing. The fabrick is so thin, it's almost see-threw and the design is different, compared to the pictures on the website, which is illigal, by the way. It has almost been a month now, since i placed my order and i still havent heard anything about the rest of my shirts, althrough they have withdrawn the money, which other companies usually won't do before the items are shipped.
If you however do deside to buy somthing and you're from Europe, order their shirts 1 size smaller than what you usually buy. They are quite large.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can only strongly advise against ordering from here. I had to pay shipping twice for an order that cost less than €150 and that cost me €130 in shipping. On top of that one item arrived defective and one item was simply the wrong item. First I tried to contact them directly via the website but got no response. Then I tried PayPal and said I wanted €85 back because one item was defective and one was the wrong one and I had to pay another €60+ for shipping. The seller said I should send everything back at my own expense and then I would get the €85 back. I don't know who messed up their brains over there but I will never order from there again.

Did not warn about customs and refuse to refund, they then deleted my order from the account. Scammers.

I’ve ordered twice already and my items arrived within two weeks to EU. I’ve no complaints. The site does not spam with stuff you don’t need like you would see on aliexpress or others. Search and navigation is straight forward. I have paid using my debit card with no issues. I rarely write positive reviews.

This is the only legitimate online store I know of. I had my first online deal with Martview, and I was never disappointed. I am receiving goods according to what I ordered and always on time.
