We received our massage chair recently and we have used it almost daily. When we received it we were delighted to see that the chair looked brand new with no signs of wear. We were glad that we had white glove delivery since the chair is very heavy and my husband and I would have had a difficult time trying to carry it into the house let alone setting it up. We did notice that the box the main portion of the chair came in appeared damaged, but the chair itself was undamaged. Also, the leg portion of the chair was not in a box. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap. We are only mentioning this because, if we some reason we had to return the chair we wouldn't want you to say we did not return it properly.
The only question we have is, we were supposed to get an extra mat to use to help reduce the intensity of the back rollers. So far, we have not received this extra mat. Is it still being offerred?
Overall, we definitely think this chair is a great chair and a great value.

Customer support was great from the first phone call to delivery and set up of our chair. The chair was everything as advertised. Great follow up from the company making sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend this company if you’re in the market for a massage chair.

The Kyota Chair has really been awesome, my wife and I use it almost daily. We did have some trouble with the delivery company, but eventually they worked it out and once they got it delivered and assembled, it has been very relaxing.

Our sale rep Bernie helped us to understand the various chair features. He gave us ample time to demo and review the chairs we were interested in. It was an informative and enjoyable experience with no pressure to purchase.

Ryan was AMAZING to work with. I had ordered a different chair from a different store, but it didn't fit what I was looking for. I called the Massage Chair store and talked with Ryan who was professional, knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. After a lengthy conversation I decided to go to the trouble and return the other chair and purchase a Kyota from the Massage Chair store.
It has been a little while since I have purchased the chair because I wanted to see if this was a fad or something I truly enjoy. Best decision I ever made. The Kyota massage chair has exceeded all my expectations and well worth every penny. I use the chair almost every day.

I've been contemplating buying a massage chair for several months. Once I finally decided, I googled massage chairs and came to the Massage Chair Store. So happy I did. After speaking with Ryan, I decided to order one from him. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right chair for me. I am short, 5" 2", so not every chair is right for me. Ryan went through every process, from ordering to delivery, and everything after. The company is there for you years after delivery. Always have someone to talk to for support. We spent 2 days researching which chair was right for us. In Saturday we did our last chat with Ryan during closed business hours. It was nice to actually chat with a human even though they were closed. We placed our order and now patiently wait! Thank you to Ryan.

Bernie the salesperson was very helpful in the over the phone sale and description of the chair. It is working well and has exceeded our imagined value.
The white glove delivery was not a good experience though. They scratched the chair badly while getting it into the house and they fumbled with the assembly actually mixing up components from another chair and then having to disassemble and reassemble with the correct parts.

We have had a few issues with our chair. One of the issues was the foot massager. It stopped working and they sent a new one, but it was the wrong color. Had to call back and then send pictures to show the correct color. Waited for the new foot part to arrive. That one was broken when it arrived. They had to then send a third foot massager out. Had a service guy out a few times to work on the chair and the problems have been fixed. There is possibly another issue, the back massagers are acting up intermittently. When it works, it is a great chair to sit in and get a massage. Not totally happy with the whole experience!

From the ordering to the questions I had to delivery and set up this was an excellent experience. We have used the massage chair every day. My extended family has also tried it out and fallen in love. Well worth the money! Best prices hands down.

I was struggling to find a chair that was in our price range and could accommodate wide shoulders and tall height. I chatted with sales reps twice, and they guided us to a chair that does fit our needs perfectly! I ended up going with a refurbished grade B chair. I wasn't so sure about that level of refurbished, but with how much I was saving off the price of new or grade A refurbished, I took a chance. Once it arrived, I had to search hard to find any blemish at all. The only marks I could find were a small scuff on the bottom of the foot rest and a crack in the USB phone charger (neither of which impacted the use or appearance of the chair). I got a follow-up phone call today to ask how things were going and to make sure we were satisfied. I'm happy to say the answer is YES!

Just ordered the chair. The whole process was very easy. My salesman was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He explained the whole ordering process and made sure that I understood what was happening.
I did check out their competition, when I called the phone rang about 6-8 times before somebody answered on a speakerphone (not exactly professional). I called the Massage Chair Store and they answered on the second ring and answered very professionally.
I do recommend this company.
